Pleasant staff on reception, dealt with my purchases well . Examiner was thorough and described things fully, answering my questions fully.

One I was made welcome and offered a cup of tea. But I was able to ask about things that were bothering me and all my questions were answered which was a big help. I was treated respectfully and in a lovely relaxed way.

Excellent service Friendly staff good examination & explanation

Just had a fabulous experience at Bolton Hidden hearing. Meg removed a load of wax from each ear. She was very reassuring and put me at ease as it is the first time I’ve done this. Diane and Kelly were equally nice. I would definitely recommend!

The reception area was very pleasant and very welcoming .
My ears were examined and tested I felt very thoroughly .I will definitely be returning on a yearly basis.

The staff are warm and friendly, very knowledgeable, nothing is to much trouble. A full ear examination is the norm with recommendations no hard sell. Is it cheap? No , is it worth it ? I think so. The old adage springs to mind " you get what you pay for " . Can't fault the staff .

I made an appointment because I felt that my hearing had diminished. Diane was very professional, caring and empathetic and fully understood what a huge step it was for me to accept my hearing loss. She did a thorough hearing test and explained each step carefully so I knew what to expect. 5 star service all the way! Well done Diane & staff at Knowsley St Bolton - Thank you !

I’ve worn hearing aids for 30 years and am delighted with the service I receive from Hidden Hearing, Bolton.
Today I had an ear wax removal appointment there with the Ear Care practitioner, Megan Welbourne: the quickest and easiest removal I have ever experienced. Very impressed!!! Thank you.

Seen at appointment time then dealt with completely and efficiently.
Computer payment system left things to be desired. Three separate payments for one appointment.
This is a fault created by head office not the local site.
