Very professional, knowledgeable and the testing of my hearing was good and extensive.

I was feeling very anxious when I arrived at Hidden Hearing, CAMBRIDGE
as I had suddenly become completely deaf in one ear and had a long journey coming up.

Anna, the Receptionist listened to me carefuly, made a few magic passes on her screen and said Diane, the wax removal specialist would be able to see me immediately as an afternoon appointment had not turned up.

Ten minutes later hearing restored and I danced out of the treatment room.

Expertise, good manners and a sense that there was no pressure to spend out on the latest technology

Very thorough testing which showed slight hearing loss, but probably not enough to go for hearing aids at the moment. I was allowed to put the aids in and found them surprisingly comfortable, definitely something to think about for the future. And no fiddly batteries to worry about!

I had a problem of a sudden hearing loss so I visited several hospitals and Audiologists before I take a decision about which solution was good for me.
Sam was the only one that tried to listen to me and my issues while everyone else was telling me what" i have to do".
I was still in a shock because a sudden hearing loss is not easy to digest.
Sam was really good in listening and suggesting a solution to my problem.

Although the practitioner discovered a build up of wax , he was able to offer an immediate removal , instead of me having to make another appointment for this. Of course this was also lucky for me but I was grateful that he suggested it

Very helpful, very professional, very quick appointment when my battery was failing.

I phoned to ask for help with my hearing aids, and was given an appointment on the same day, and my hearing was checked and the batteries replaced so that the aids now work perfectly again.

Just wanted to thank Diane at Hidden Hearing in Cambridge for fitting my elderly Mum in at short notice. It was very good of her and she did an excellent job. Thanks to Anna as always for her kindness and help with my Mum. It is much appreciated.

Communications are always excellent via email, text or on the phone and there is a warm welcome in the store. The level of care during the hearing test itself is attentive and thorough; the audiologist is sensitive to questions and offers clear explanations. Thank you all.

The Gentleman who carried out the test was very professional and explained in great detail all about the state of my ears in terms I could understand he was first class.
