The service is 2nd to none, the whole team excel in customer care.
It’s a pleasure on every visit and Adam is so easy to talk to and nothing is too much trouble , it is very obvious that he cares about his clients.
Hidden Hearing are very lucky to have him as an employee .
I would recommend Hidden Hearing to all my friends and family who have hearing loss.

My mother has just recently passed away but hidden hearing provided her with her aids for five years plus. The support that they provided was second to none there were no pushy upgrades calls they provided what was promised and gave my mother her hearing worry free in her final days. Excellent and trustworthy company

Very welcoming staff, I was even offered a coffee while I waited for my appointment. The gentleman who did my procedure was very professional and explained everything to me in detail. Have been deaf in one ear for years, and had used a nhs hearing aid with no benefit at all. Visited the hidden hearing shop in Carlisle, the service i got was really good and will have two hearing aids instead of one, I can hear for the first time in years wish i had gone earlier.

My third visit to Hidden Hearing for a hearing test, and I have been very pleased with the past two visits. However, I never had the test because I had a wax build up in one ear. So. A bit of a waste of my time, and especially my partners time. I would have thought they would have recommended a wax test first.

My first impression was being greeted by a lovely gentleman whose name was Joe.
Offered tea which was a lovely gesture.
Then saw Adam who did a very thorough hearing test.
He puts you at ease.
He was very knowledgeable & went through every detail about test.
I would highly recommend Hidden Hidden.
