As usual Grace was so good at explaining everything. Very relaxed experience.

I needed a micro suction for wax removal. I was given an appointment very promptly. The procedure was done very efficiently and helpfully in a friendly manner by Siobhan.

Expert advice, very high quality appliances, delightful reception and service. Always happy to help at any time. I would strongly recommend this company and its excellent staff.

Right from the telephone conversation with the call centre to make the appointment to the receptionist in Cheltenham branch to the Audiologist, everyone was friendly efficient and professional.
The service from Grace Sims the audiologist was outstanding. She explained everything well and I had a thorough annual check up of hearing/ears/aids. Would definitely recommend Hidden Hearing in Cheltenham.

I'd had my hearing aids for a year, so the appointment was for a check-up. I'd been very disappointed in my experience over the first year. On my first check-up just after receiving the aids, I commented that I was still missing things people said. The aids were adjusted and as I thought, just made things louder, which I didn't like but I plodded on for 12 months. At this check-up, the adjustment seems to be different, although probably still louder than I would choose but I was having coffee with 5 others and could hear everything that was said, even with a noisy background. Hopefully I'll have a more successful time with them now.

Grace was skilled in identifying my actual individual hearing needs in a sensitive way which gave me confidence to trust her suggested way forward

The person who came to do my hearing test was Paris, she was very bright and cheerful, and she very helpful
