The visit was very positive . Ryan was very honest and straightforward about my options for addressing my slightly worsening hearing with my (now ageing) hearing aids. I would certainly recommend Hidden Hearing in Dumfries to anyone who has a problem with their hearing.

Very thorough hearing test. Ryan was very knowledgeable and at pains to highlight the support Hidden Hearing were able to provide. My only piece of constructive feedback relates to the external noise I could hear from the room I was in during the test - I found this off-putting. For example, I could hear the receptionist's email pinging away whilst I was undergoing one specific test where I had earphones on. Despite this, I am confident an accurate assessment was made of my hearing. We had a clear discussion on what options I had.

My visit was made enjoyable by very friendly staff, who immediately made me feel welcome and helped me to relax. The assessment was performed thoroughly and professionally. At all times I was told exactly what was going to happen and the purpose of the tests. The results were explained very clearly, and although I didn’t need any further help, I was reassured.

Very impressed with their knowledge, their approach and professionalism. These aids seem to be much better than my brothers and friends’ who have various types. My aids are superior in flexibility and functionality. Easy to adjust to various situations like pubs or TV viewing.

A very thorough examination and hearing test. Advice given was appropriate and not trying to sell a hearing aid above my current needs. Staff polite and friendly as usual. My husband has been using them for years.
I’m currently using NHS ones issued nearly 3 years ago which need new batteries every 4 to 5 days and have not been reassessed in that time.
