The understanding of the problem with my hearing was quickly worked out. There was no hard sell to provide me with a hearing aid that I don't quite need at least at the moment. Excellent service.

Dave the miracle worker
Dave - the hearing expert is willing to spend all the time we need to get my hearing aids dialed in for the perfect settings that I need.
My hearing is pretty bad so I splashed out on the top of the line Oticon hearing aids and I am SO glad I did.
The Oticon support keeps creating new tests that all benefit me. After all the testing Dave does, he the programs the hearing aids with very accurate, fine tuned for me, program.
He is one of the few medical professionals that I feel heard (that is actually funny) and not rushed.
Add the officer manager, Hilda who is like sunshine on a cloudy day, and I look forward to my visits.
My hearing is unbeliveable, and if you don't believe me, ask my wife. No more her saying what did you say?

Perfect experience from reception also
Good to get a check-up
At 52 I'd never had my hearing checked but I did wonder why I was so often having to ask people to speak again. I wondered, "Is it me?". I booked in for wax removal, followed the advice to use Otex, for the week before. At the appointment the audiologist was very engaging, explaining the process. It turns out I have lovely ear canals, no wax build up and only slight "to be expected" reduced acuity. I required no further treatment. It was a very helpful consultation, it removed doubt, for me, whether I was hearing well or not. It was a fine experience.
