The staff are so friendly and helpful nothing is too much trouble , outstanding Customer service wouldn’t go anywhere else .
The shop is spotless nice waiting area and always offered a drink whilst waiting .

After waiting months for them doing through my GP, I saw hidden hearing offering this service. Such friendly staff and really helpful. The lady who did it made me feel really comfortable and explained everything. Would recommended this method over the water method any day. Was worth every penny.

The audiologist was very understanding.

The appointment was on time and I was treated in a professional and friendly manner. The Hearing aid technician conducted a thorough test to check my hearing aids and adjusted them as necessary. He answered all my questions fully and I was very satisfied with all aspects of my check up.

Professional, welcoming staff. Everything explained in plain language. Never any attempt to sell, or upsell any products. The Halifax branch is where my review is of. Many thanks

When you make enough wax. To light up. YORK MINSTER ABBEY to have it sucked out is a relief.Staff are kind and approachable worth the brass !!

Stopped the hearing checkup as I had wax in one ear could this have not been sorted out while I was there been self employed my time is money

I found the whole experience from booking my appointment & the treatment was excellent. All the staff were friendly & welcoming. They explained fully what they were going to do & put me at ease throughout. I would recommend them to anyone

They are great, I went there for ear wax removal. They gave me an appointment quite quickly, they nicely explained the procedure, and we had quite nice chats!

Hidden hearings staff are always very polite and courteous. They have looked after my mum for quite a few years and make she has the hearing aids she needs she is very happy with them

Very impressed with the service. The man that came to our address I think was called Sohil from the Halifax branch he was very friendly and courteous.I found it an unbelievable enlightening experience I never realised just how advanced and technical the procedure had become. A number of tests were done on my ears and were able to point out exactly what my problem was and being able to exactly explain what my problem was explaining with a chart and Lap Top to identify my problem. He then placed an hearing aid in both my ears and was astounded by the results didn't realise how much my ears had deteriorated over the years as I am now 74 years old. The biggest difference was the volume on the television to listen to it comfortable I used to have it set about 27 yet with the hearing aid in I could clearly hear it set at 9 it was like magic. Another test was when my eyes were closed Sohail had my partner reading from a card and without my knowledge walked out of our front room and nearly to the top of our stairs and I could hear her crystal clear. The whole experience was very professional and Sohail is such a massive credit to your company not one little bit pushy trying to sell there products just explaining everything in detail and also all the alternatives available to you which was a breath of fresh air to me. If asked for marks out of 10 I would have to give Sohail 10 and I can assure you I've never met him before or being paid for this review.

A pleasant, pain free experience. Everything was explained clearly and in plain english. Chloe was a breath of fresh air and so was the lady in reception (so sorry) who's name I've forgotten. Nothing was too much trouble, refreshments were offered while my wife and I waited. Everywhere we could see was clean and bright and most of all welcoming. Ear wax removed pain free and shown before and after photographs throughout the process. Many thanks.

A very lovely welcome, a drink was offered and my coat was taken. I mentionedcthat i was waiting for my daughter to arrive and this was fine.
Once in the room, I had everything explained to me in detail. We started the testing. My daughter arrived and she was welcomed- it wasn't a problem that she had arrived later than I had- a lovely test, no stress and no pressure.
