Well the hearing test was very good and I was shown on screen the inside of my ear canal and it was explained to me what was going on with my hearing a lot better than my present hearing aids and I purchased them right away I would certainly recommend hidden hearing

Don't use Hidden Hearing their expensive Oticon hearing aids stopped working after two weeks!

I saw Mandy today as I had a build up of wax in my ears. She was lovely, immediately put me at ease explained everything that would happen and made sure I was comfortable.

I will need another appointment sadly as she couldn't remove all of the wax from my right ear despite her persistence for which I am hugely grateful.

I have no doubt we will manage next time to remove it all and would also like to thank Gracie for the coffee and her assistance.

Excellent service. Mandy Taylor removed my earwax in minutes. At a great price too. Was given advice about aftercare and prevention of future excessive build up of wax. I was also given some Earol spray gratis. Very happy.

From the beginning I was welcomed by Mandy Taylor in the Hull Centre. She thoroughly explained how the procedure would progress and removed a great deal of wax from each ear. I was so amazed how well I could hear, and was so happy. Thank you Mandy, truly a professional and pain free experience.

Ben was extremely thorough when examining my hearing.He explained how the hearing aids worked very thoroughly.My only hopefully constructive criticism is with regard to the hearing aids which can be attached to your glasses which you advertise and attracted me to Hidden Hearing. Ben explained to me they would not be suitable to me and would be of very limited use to most people. If that is the case should you not make that clear when advertising that type of aid ?

I saw Mandy in paragon street, Hull. when I first went she detected a fungal infection in both of my ears so I had to go to doctors and get that cleared up. She puts you at your ease, she is lovely and has sorted my ears. I am very happy.

My original appointment was scheduled in London, where I used to live, but in the intervening year I moved to Yorkshire. When I got the reminder for my appointment, I found extraordinarily simple to change the location, and was delighted to meet Ben, in the Hull Clinic. He was charming and delightful from the start, made me a great coffee, whilst I waited, not for long though. He took me through to the consulting room and was very articulate, knew what he was talking about, made me feel at ease, listened to my thoughts and suggested various tweaks without being patronising or assuming I’d want to make them. I found him engaging and engaged and would recommend him without hesitation.
