Just had my very first hearing test so wasn't sure what to expect. From the point of booking my appointment last week to attending today in Hull, the staff were lovely and friendly and the environment warm and welcoming. Each step of the process was explained as we went along and there was absolutely nothing 'sales-y' about the experience whatsoever. Given that it's nigh on impossible to get a referral from the NHS currently and that other companies who do carry out hearing tests (but are primarily known for eyesight tests) charge for this service, it's an absolute no-brainer to choose Hidden Hearing for a free hearing
test.

I care for my father, who had a particularly large build up of wax, which the GP said they could do nothing directly about. I found hidden hearing and firstly, the service they provide is always with a smile, and they take their time. Secondly as a carer, I felt included and informed about the procedure and this made my father feel more comfortable. Mandy was patient and considerate throughout his appointment, and although my father was a difficult case, she didn't try to capitalise on his case. At all times I felt he was in very capable hands. Highly recommend

Really pleased with service,went for a hearing test , but due to blockage of wax, was placed with Mandy, whom used Microsuction to remove wax, after wax removed, I could not believe the difference, Mandy did an excellent job, I am now booked in for a hearing test. Would definitely recommend Hidden Hearing.

After trying ear drops for over a week and a gentle spray of the shower head, the wax just felt more impacted and was becoming difficult to hear. Seeing Hidden Hearing performed Ear wax removal, I booked an appointment in-store. Mandy was was friendly and made me feel relaxed by talking me through each step of the appointment. The otoscope also showed lots of wax in the other ear too which I was amazed to see. Once the wax was removed in both ears (no extra charge for both ears) by a micro-suction; a painless low-pressure suction probe, my hearing came back. An overall pleasant experience. Thank you.

I am extremely impressed with the earwax removal procedure I received today from Mandy. A very thorough explanation of my treatment and images taken to show what was involved with a step by step explanation at each stage. Very professional service from all staff and a special thanks to Mandy who made me feel safe and reassured at all times. I can now hear again!

I had my earwax removed in Hull by Mandy,she was gentle,caring and kept me well informed during the procedure which was totally painless,I would strongly recommend Hidden Hearing,the receptionist was lovely too and offered me a coffee.Thanks for a professional job,I can hear clearly again.

I have had excellent care from day one of getting my hearing tested, to being fitted with my hearing aids in July '22.
Sophie has been there at the end of the phone to answer my queries. Today, I had my yearly review with Sophie. Got new supplies for my hearing aids and had my hearing checked. All great!

Had 2 appointments with the lovely Mandy at their Hull clinic.

Everything went brilliantly, the procedure was explained clearly and thoroughly. Mandy was great in making sure I was alright and felt no pain or dizziness.

Overall, I was super happy with my experience at Hidden Hearing and would definitely recommend them to anyone concerned about their ear health!

They are helpful, honest and lovely. Just had a wonderful experience and they always serve with a smile.

A very friendly staff!

The lady at paragon st. Hull, mandy was my hearing specialist. A very polite, nice lady; we had a laugh, spoke about all my hearing troubles etc. She reassured me every step of the way.
I had micro-suction in both ears over 2 weeks ago; she managed to get it all from my right ear, but had to come back this week to have my left ear done. I came back and she did my left ear, now it's all done I feel absolutely amazing, I can hear again !! The aftercare was good too, mandy reffered me to a lady who will do my full hearing test( mandy did a small test.) Next week.. Can't complain about anything I've had done, they've been amazing!!!!
