OUTSTANDING SERVICE
We were seen by Annetta at the hearing centre in Hull UK. The service given was outstanding as my wife and I have complex issues. The respect shown and the time taken meant we were able to view all our options. I am 84 years of age and my wife is 79. This staff member was outstanding and the reception were also kid and helpful. If you compare that with our government with its incompetent clowns, the wrong people are in power

Truly Amazing Service
I saw Mandy today as I had a build up of wax in my ears. She was lovely, immediately put me at ease explained everything that would happen and made sure I was comfortable.
I will need another appointment sadly as she couldn't remove all of the wax from my right ear despite her persistence for which I am hugely grateful.
I have no doubt we will manage next time to remove it all and would also like to thank Gracie for the coffee and her assistance.
