Wax Removal by Mandy
Today I had my ear wax removed by Mandy and she didn't fall short of making the experience as smooth and calming as she could. She answered any questions I had and made me feel very comfortable. Mandy is just brilliant! Patient, kind, always informative and hands on. She really made me feel calm and involved which for me was such a good experience. Had ear wax removal today at Hidden Hearing in Hull done by Mandy Taylor.
The whole process from start to finish was exemplary!!
Mandy put me at ease from the minute I walked through the door. She talked me through everything and then got on with the task!
Having ha this procedure done many times before (on the NHS) this was one of the best ! I would recommend Mandy at Hidden Hearing in Hull to anyone!!!!

Very impressed.
Professional and friendly greeting by receptionist on arrival for appointment. Mandy, the ear care practitioner was excellent. Everything was explained clearly and I felt reassured and at ease. Mandy’s expertise and patience were much appreciated as was the state of the art equipment. Another family member is hoping to book an appointment for the same procedure and follow up.
