Made at ease when attending, even though they couldn't carry out the procedure on one ear due to infection, was advised on what to do next and then to come back to finish the procedure off free of charge.

Very personable assessor, working under not very good surroundings. Gloomy office and outside noise ftom construction.

Really professional reassured me and explained the procedures and everything about the procedures step-by-step. And removed all my ear wax.definitely recommend. Was really thorough. The service was excellent.

Excellent stuff. I went there as a 55yr old who had never had his ears done. I had to go back a second time(still on the £50 quoted), and Tracey managed to get the rest out quickly. Great service, lovely people, what more can you ask for!

This was my second visit to Hidden Hearing's Inverness branch and I was delighted to have Tracy again this year to treat my ears. She always puts clients at ease, ensuring their wellbeing, checking medical history and current medication and explaining wax removal procedure with kindness and sensitivity. I thoroughly recommend this company for its professionalism and patient care.

Usual efficient examination and relaxing atmosphere. Opportunity to try out the latest aid but with no pressure to purchase. Last but not least, a welcoming cup of coffee.

Made very welcome and comfortable

The representative was punctual, knew her product and conducted the hearing test with a full explanation of the process as we moved through the various stages. There was no hard sell or any form of pressure to make a decision there and then. All the details I need to decide on the way ahead were left with me.

I'm very upset with the service. Kevin at reception was very rude. The hearing aid was not good quality at all and very overpriced.
