Got myself a same day booking with the delightful Khadisha Walters (Dee). The service was great and I really appreciated seeing the before and after pictures. Would absolutely recommend.

Over the last few years I have found it necessary to have my ears regularly cleared and have tried 5 different outfits.
As far as I am concerned Khadisha Walters at Hidden Hearing Kingston is by far the best that I have found. She manages to be friendly and welcoming while also being knowledgeable, professional and thorough.

Khadisha was very friendly and professional during both of my visits, she made me feel comfortable and her explanation throughout the process was clear and reassuring. The treatment went smooth and she made sure everything was successfully completed. I would recommend her for anyone with ear wax issue.

As many of you may have noticed, some people treat you as though you are stupid when you ask them to speak clearer or ask them to repeat themselves.

I recently attended my first appointment for ear wax removal at the Kingston Upon Thames clinic and was treated by Ms Dee. I found her to be highly professional, skilful, and above all cheerful. She has excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and a great sense of humour, which immediately put me at ease.
She took the time to deal patiently and carefully with my very stubborn wax deposit and handled the procedure in a thoroughly professional manner. Dee’s dedication, determination, dependability and delightfulness were evident throughout the appointment.
I would strongly recommend her to my large circle of friends and to anyone else who requires this treatment. She is truly a delightful clinician.

Helpful professional service

I have been a customer of Hidden Hearing for a considerable time. I have always received exceptional service. This time I had put my appointment time in my diary an hour early. When I turned up the staff were a little confused but checked the diary and informed me of my error.
The consultant then delayed her lunch break to accommodate me. The appointment was of the usual exceptional professional experience. I thank them for the good service and will continue to recommend them to my friends and acquaintances
