Excellent service from initial contact through to completion of the home hearing test. The test conducted by Ms Khan was expertly and professionally carried out.

Lovely friendly lady came to my house she took her time with every thing and explained every think she was going to do did hearing test again and changed the batteries in my hearing aids what a difference to my hearing

Having seen lots of different people in the past I almost didn’t attend my check up as I haven’t worn hearing aids for several years as one stopped working and I was told it would cost quite a lot to repair it. However I decided to have my hearing test and Ruksaar Kasmani has taken over the one I attend in Horsefair Street Leicester and I must say she was wonderful she repaired my hearing aids and now everything is great I cannot thank her enough as I couldn’t afford to buy another pair. So many many thanks Ruksaar I actually look forward to seeing you again 10 out of 10

Very thorough check of the ears, all explained in advance with diagrams. Very helpful, efficient audiologist. Left both my husband and I fully informed and no help at present needed with our hearing. Good news.

I went into to check a battery on one earpiece which was losing power quickly. The battery was replaced and I was given a hearing test to check if a previous problem had affected my hearing( I’d returned a few months ago from Peru following an ear operation). The service was excellent and the general all round support was outstanding. It would be hard to describe a better experience.And I was offered coffee as I arrived early.Thankyou from a very happy client.

Ruksaar Kasmani was very helpful today in assisting me with upgrading my hearing aids to a newer hearing aids. She helped me with all aspects involved in processing & transactions. Thank you very much.So very helpful Ann Wardle

I had my hearing test with the lovely and very intelligent Dr. Ruksaar, and it was honestly such a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel at ease, even making me a matcha with a hint of strawberry to calm my nerves (how thoughtful is that!). Her eloquence, patience, and genuine care really shone through in every step of the process. She explained everything clearly, with so much professionalism yet such a warm and personal touch. It didn’t feel like a clinical appointment at all, but more like being cared for by someone who truly wants the best for you. I left not only reassured about my hearing, but also deeply impressed by the kindness and expertise she brings to her work. Honestly, the best audiologist experience I could have asked for!
