The staff were very friendly on my two visits (Kate and Terri). At each appointment, they made you understand what they were about to do and the procedures involved.
The receptionists were polite. I have already recommended the company to a friend.

Troy was meticulous in dealing with every problem of my husbands hearing and the outcome was excellent.

Attended for a hearing test. The test was so thorough using different techniques including my husband. A hearing aid was placed in my ears and I was amazed how clear I could hear. Going to pick up my hearing aid tomorrow and so excited to be getting my clear hearing back. I would highly recommend Hidden Hearing

Excellent from start to finish. Ann bokked me an appointment to suite my schedule and was polite and welcoming on the day of the appointment. The hearing aid dispenser Troy was extremely knowledgeable,helpful and friendly. The appointment was interesting and the equipment was high tech, i was shown the perferation im my ear in which i wasnt shown at previous appointment with a different medical profession. The appointment was excellent from start to finish and i was given a lot of information to take away and think about regarding my options moving forward. I would highly recommend this service.

I attend at Hidden Hearing with a relative who has additional needs . Troy has been able to adapt the testing process to be able to complete the assessments to meet needs of my relative . He is sensitive and patient and ensures that she is always at ease. The support staff are always very helpful whether in person or on the telephone. A very professional approach from all at the Allerton Road office

I accompanied my father today and I was really impressed from start to finish in Hidden Hearings Liverpool store today. My Dad was a little nervous and a little unsure about the whole process knowing that he had issues as well as questions. From the off-set he was able to get a appointment really quickly and on entering was quickly put at ease, their receptionist was welcoming and friendly and Troy - my fathers hearing assessor and aid dispenser was just everything that you could hope for - truly. He was knowledgeable, kind, patient and clearly had time to answer questions and was very diligent in listening and excellent in explaining. He really did put my father at ease with his kind manner and talked him through the tests as well as the results and his recommendations, there was no hard sell and certainly it was made clear that he did not need to make any decision there and then, Troy was really understanding. After a little thought though my father took on board what had been discussed and opted to have his aids fitted later in same day and the follow up appointment to see how he was finding the aids and to talk him though the care of more was organised too. Again none of this was rushed and each element talked though - my Dad was really pleased he had taken this step and I was really grateful that he was cared for in the kind and capable hands of Troy. He might think he was 'just doing his job' - but he did so in such a manner that made the difference especially in my father better appreciating and accepting that he needed a helping hand now, I am very grateful - thank you. If anyone is unsure and uncertain about this process I would not hesitate to recommend this fantastic store at all :)

Pleasant, friendly and informative.

The premises is clean and spacious and friendly,you are greated with avery warm welcome from the receptionist making you feel comfortable , there is not loud noises so talking is comfortable, you are offered a hot drink , your appointment is on time they play it perfectly and do not rush you with anything answering all questions not matter how silly they may sound, kate the lady I seen was very helpful and informative she did not put any pressure on me to purchase there items which was very helpful to me, this company look after there customers with great aftercare, would recommend them to anyone that asks me .

Been struggling with my hearing for a few years now Had a nhs hearing test about 5 years ago and was given 2 hearing aids .But noticed my hearing was deteriorating badly .went to this company and he gave me an examination by putting a camera in my ears and showing me on a laptop that my ears are completely blocked and suggested having my ears syringed and giving me a follow up appointment something that the NHS examiner never did and said may not even need hearing aids where most others would of got me buying hearing aids I may not need and if I do can pay monthly thank you so much hidden hearing for being such a honest company and would highly recommend yous to anyone

I have had my hearing aids for a year from Hidden Hearing in Allerton Road, Liverpool. Troy has been absolutely fantastic in my follow up visits using fine tuning to help me personally. I am delighted with my hearing aids and feel confident about asking any questions regarding their management. Thank you to all at Hidden Hearing and five stars to Troy for his impeccable care.
