Excellent staff, very professional and informative and both Dawn and Terri are a credit to you

The session started with a Q&A about my experience with the earing devices, my ear canals were examines and photographed i was shown photo on the monitor and given an explanation. A thorough hearing test was conducted the hearing devices adjusted and firmware update Harvey the Audiologist was totally professional explaining everything every step of the procedure

Bianka was very helpful. She set up the hearing aid app for me on my phone, showed me how to use it and explained everything in detail. She took great care and was patient and professional.

Terri was very good at explaining what was to happen and the procedure for ear wax removal was successful.

The demonstrated hearing aids were excellent but I thought they were very expensive at £6,000.

Your gentleman explained everything well. He was very polite and listened to my questions.
However, I am not sure if his quote was for one or both the hearing aids. If it was for only one I must cancel the order.
