My hearing test was not only thorough but I was informed about what was happening and about the results as they happened. I was advised on which hearing aid I would get the most benefit from and the cost involved. I was not influenced and was left to make my own decision on choice. Callum also arranged a home visit to programme my new aids to suit my needs. Excellent service.

I got an appointment for ear wax removal within a week and the service was excellent. The practitioner was thorough and also gave me a hearing test. All in all it was a really good experience and the fee of £50 was really fair.

The location of premisis is central, the building is compact and dedicated to hearing, the staff were welcoming and friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.
It is difficult to think how it could have been better. Four stars rather than five is simply to leave the team opportunity to review and think of any potential improvements. I have none to suggest.

After a month of my ears being blocked with wax, the first contact when booking an appointment was very informative. The lady that removed the wax explained the process, explaining in detail the sounds, feel etc. I found it a pleasant way to remove wax, and would recommend Hidden Hearing to anyone. Cant thank them enough.

Gavin the audiologist always explains in layman’s words the depth of my hearing loss and ways to mitigate that loss. He is very thorough in his answers to any questions. On this occasion he quickly identified the fault with one of my hearing aids and rectified the problem.
