Extremely thorough, professional and caring. I would highly recommend the service in rugby hidden hearing.

One hearing aid crackled and stopped working Sunday evening. I phoned HiddenHearing Monday morning and they booked a home appointment for the next day. Later the same day the gentleman from Hidden Hearing who does my home appointments phoned to see if he could come, if the hearing aid needed sending away he wanted to do it quickly. In fact he was able to repair it. That’s SERVICE.

I didn't know what to expect from this company but it was way above any of my expectations...I visited the Rugby one and the audiologist 'Grishma' truly couldn't do much more than she did- the hearing test was very thorough and she explained everything in detail- I don't think any company would compare to Hidden Hearing in my opinion...

Friendly service, whereby the procedure was clearly explained and did not take long. Very pleased.

I have been a client of Hidden Hearing for 5 years, and have had some issues over the years with what my hearing aids were capable of.
Grichma Trambaclal is new to the Rugby store, and explained how the hearing aids worked and interact with brain and which settings to use which was at odds with my previous understanding.
She has a very easy way of explaining things.

The audiologist at Rugby was very friendly and explained in detail, showing me a scan of my inner ear and exactly what was causing my hearing problem.

A very thorough series of audio tests that led to improved tweaks to my hearing aids. Really good explanations about every step of the consultation. I learned a lot and can hear more clearly.

They give you straight answers to any queries you have and explain everything so you understand easily.

Rugby staff always wonderful. Very personable. Been using them for over 20 years since discovering slight hearing loss at 41 due to measles as a child. (It brought on early age related hearing loss). Most of my friends still don’t know. I have better hearing now than others of my age. All thanks to Hidden Hearing.

I arrived in good time, was warmly welcomed by Reception and was seen after a very short wait. My ear wax removal was done in a very professional and friendly way by Emma who I have seen regularly in the past two or three years.
