From the welcome through to servicing and testing was perfect.
Highly recommended company
We took our elderly father (97) to have his ear wax removed using micro suction. James, at the Salisbury branch, took the utmost care and was very respectful and reassuring throughout. James was friendly and professional. The session took a very long time, at no time did we feel he rushed anything, and in the end, as there was a huge amount of wax still to remove, he suggested that rather than than tire Dad out, it might be best to return in a month after more Earol was applied. That way, the next session would be a lot easier for all concerned. He told us the fee would cover the next session too and even supplied a bottle of Earol so the wax softening process could progress over the coming weeks. I was very impressed and would have no hesitation in recommending James to anyone. The 2 other members of staff, an audiologist and a receptionist, were equally friendly and welcoming. I understand Hidden Hearing will be taking over Amplifon in the next few months so I think it will only strengthen the brand in the process.

When people complain about the price of hearing aids, I don't think they realise that Hidden Hearing have you back every year to check your hearing, adjust your hearing aids, change batteries and ear fittings etc. It's a proper after-care regime - and you can go back many more times if you need help - which makes the initial outlay more understandable.

Routine hearing test
I get significant benefit from always wearing hearing aids and particularly with Bluetooth connection to the TV. Regular hearing tests are a feature; this was routine and my first since upgrading to improved technology. Whilst I have no issue with the new aids and the support they give me, my wife had commented that there was no discernible difference in my hearing, and save for reliability (they work) I agree; they didn’t meet my expectations. This honest feedback didn't land well.

Professional, caring and polite staff…
Very polite and helpful staff who explained everything and put me at ease. After the treatment a conversation ensued about regular checkups and it was emphasised that in the future if work was not required on my ears there would not be a charge, very reassuring. The whole experience was one of professionalism and total care of the patient.
