The entire experience I have had with Hidden Hearing Truro has been exceptional and more specifically with the staff . Josie is so efficient and friendly in every exchange I have had and so helpful with making appointments and following up in a timely manner to ensure I never miss any appointments. Lucy whom I recently had my follow up appointment with was extremely professional and ensure I got the maximum value from my Oticon hearing aids and I am now confident and comfortable with them. Lucy is an excellent addition to the team and look forward to my next appointment with the team in Truro

New audiologist. Took time to explain everything and I learnt far more about my hearing condition than previously.

The audiologist was really helpful and patient with me and explained to me the state of my hearing now and how it was a year ago. She retuned my inner ear hearing aids and sent my over ear ones back for a slight modification. Appointment was in Penzance which was very convenient and saved me a long trip to Truro, which was a bonus.

Hidden hearing was excellent. Josie was so wonderful at the front desk. We had called beforehand and she was able to help us in a time of need. My wife has severe hearing loss and had lost her charger for the aids . She actually stayed during her break to help us. Lucy, who is the hearing aid dispenser was so wonderful to make sure that everything functioned.

We are on holiday in Cornwall and started to get sound problems with my hidden hearing aids. I phoned the Truro office and spoke with Josie she said call in and we will try and fix them. We called in today met Josie who was very knowledgeable and had the problem sorted in a few minutes.the service was excellent and Josie was very helpful and welcoming. Thank you Josie for your kind help

Just left the office after my hearing test and delighted with the service. Lucy is incredibly professional, polite and extremely informative. Results were made very clear to me in a way that I completely understood. I would most certainly recommend this company and the first class service they provide. Thank you Lucy.

The audiologist was honest about the condition of my ears and that the free hearing test would not be a true representation of my hearing, due to wax in my ears which would need to be removed first

A visit to our Truro branch is always a pleasure. My husband and I went for our annual check ups and found the service exemplary. Stefano and Josie were very welcoming. Our appointments were not rushed and Stefan did not do any "hard sell" which is very reassuring as our hearing had not changed. Truro is very lucky to have such good staff.

My mother needed hearing aids but was unable to visit the office in person due to poor mobility. I'd heard good things about Hidden Hearing in Truro and they didn't let me down,
From my first contact on phone Josie was amazing, quickly grasping the difficulties we were having caused by mother's hearing loss and understanding mother's poor mobility she was able to juggle appointments in the office to free Lucy for a home visit for my mother without a long wait.
Lucy arrived bang on time and carried out a thorough hearing assessment in my mother's front room to identify her hearing loss . Very impressive work and so much patience and empathy displayed by Lucy towards my mother's situation. Mother was even able to try a hearing aid customised to her hearing loss so we could see the difference hearing aids would make.
The hearing aids were priced at a range of levels, 3, I believe and Mother selected the middle range. There was a 2 month no quibble guarantee too,
The hearing aids arrived as Lucy had promised and she promptly arrived to fit them. She also made a bespoke mould of mother's ears so that aids could be created which would fit her ears perfectly.
The hearing aids were amazing and I no longer needed converse with Mother at maximum volume.
My mother, however, did not like them. I had many conversations with the ever patient and understanding Lucy and Josie to find a resolution but my mother would not budge and refused to wear the hearing aids.
More phone calls, including an extension of the warranty to accommodate the Christmas break, but sadly mother was not budging and the hearing aids had to be returned for a full refund.
I know this is a lengthy review but hidden hearing staff in Truro displayed such empathy, patience, kindness and understanding during the whole process that it's hard to review without explaining what happened.
I have no hesitation in recommending the Truro Hidden Hearing team, they deserve recognition for the product they sell, along with it's 2 month no quibble warranty but most importantly the people behind the product deserve recognition as they bring their service to life. This is a tem which care about what they do and this shows in the marvellous service , care and empathy they demonstrate so readily and in the way they carry out their job.

This morning I had my hearing test. It had been delayed whilst my ears were de waxed. No problem at all today. My only issue with HH is the pricing. £4K is a lot of money and I feel I may have wasted my time and that of HH staff. Why not be up front.

Met a lovely person, Lucy Grant, who carried out all the hearing tests. Explained all the results with clarity & didn’t rush.
I was able to meet with her at a time & place convenient to me. As there was a bit of a wait for the appointment, I was contacted a couple of times with alternative dates but was unable to make them. Also contacted to remind me of date, time & place of appointment.
Options were clearly explained by Lucy & I have not felt pressured into making a decision at any time. Just given a reminder of the deals offered.
Customer service as it should be .

Hearing Test has been updated, from last year, so keeping up with advanced technology

The test was comprehensive and helpful. Everything very professional. The tester was knowledgeable and helpful.I didn’t need hearing aids and there was absolutely no pressure to sell any.
However, I had asked my GP surgery for a referral on the NHS. Hidden Hearing does not do NHS work.
