Thoroughly professional and informative audiologist

I had my annual hearing check at the Tunbridge Wells branch; as always the staff were attentive, friendly, professional and courteous, fully answering all of my questions. I feel content and reassured that I am in the best hands and would not hesitate to recommend Hidden Hearing to others.

Belinda was extremely professional, friendly and informative.
I had been to a competitor a few doors down the road some months earlier, they let me know that my ear problems were probably "hygiene related".
The consultation with the competitor ended abruptly at that point.
I was pretty upset by this comment, and still having ear problems, I was recommended Hidden Hearing.
I let Belinda know my tale, who assured and reassured that this was not the case.
Belinda shared information step by step and the end results are fantastic.

My appointment was with Jessica for a ear wax removal. I found her to be very professional and she explained everything that was going to happen.
Although the wax was hardened her persistence got the job done.
Showed me a photo of the ear canal before and after treatment, the difference was amazing. Excellent service.

Great team efficient and very helpful

First of all, I would like to thank the staff at Tonbridge wells hidden hearing again for there fantastic care. The staff where fantastic and each had outstanding knowledge great care with there service. Everything was easy and simply and pain free, cant ask for more than that.
Main reason im leaving a review is. When I was in thier care even tho this is private practice I wasn't treated like cash cow and they only want to help and fix what you needed and not sell you something you didnt need or want. Will 100% use this company again.

So far very good in every way. Adjustments to be made in due course.

Great service. Richard covered everything from the in-depth hearing test, the results and type and hearing aid level of technology required.
He also described all the features and benefits.

Really good experience from the start to walking out with my hearing aids being able to hear well .The hearing test was very though and I learnt so much about hearing from Richard that I never realised.
