While I got all the help needed for booking the trip, I did not get the same level of support when I raised a few concerns post the trip. That goes on to show that once the deal is closed and done with, we don't get any help back.

We have analysed this with our quality team and it appears that we reached out to you on 8th Feb 2019 requesting the bills to confirm that you had dinner elsewhere but you did not come back to us with this after Trisha raised this and advised you that Sheraton will refund you. Please come back to booking support with the requested information should you wish to pursue this matter further. Loved Hideaway
Loved Hideaway! The room was large and housekeeping kept it immaculate. The food was plentiful and plenty tasty. The staff were amazing. The only thing i would like to see improved were the fridges in the room. It was very old and didn't work very well, which in such a hot climate, you want a fridge that is going to keep things cold and be able to make ice!

very helpful when you could get hold of someone. all arrangements were made efficiently. The only reason it loses a star is availability on the phone is not always great. Otherwise they really know their stuff and local knowledge for South Pacific for our tour was great.

Excellent price in comparison to regular travel agent
I used Hideaway to travel to Fiji and they offered a very good deal. Given the travel was over the New Year period I was astounded at the price when compared to a regular travel agent. I will surely use them again.
