I bought a wallander radiator which came damaged. I emailed them, I rang them no response. I filled in a return form and in the end it was an information that I'll get an email with instruction how to return it. I've got nothing. AVOID FOR ALL COSTS. If I read all reviews here saying "item came damaged" I would never order from them. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!!!

I bought floorstanding speakers which came damaged. Contacted customer service and no respond. Previously I ordered 3 pairs of speakers each one had some defect...

I have purchased from Hifi-Tower many times now and I've always been very happy. Everything arrives in great condition and good delivery time to me in Ireland. There prices are also very affordable I would definitely highly recommend.

I've been waiting weeks for a delivery of heaters, I've had no contact whatsoever from the company, I've already paid for these heaters and have sent numerous emails with my address details in case there was any query about this and have received no response, in all my years dealing with businesses I've never come across such inadequacy in a company

I bought a kitchen ventilator which came damaged.I want to return it.I called the customer service who blame Brexit for delay in me receiving a return label!I now have a big parcel in my corridor for 1 month now awaiting return.Do not buy from this company. Non existing customer service!!!

Terrible customer service, brought an expensive bin only for it to break in 7 months. I have been promised a replacement but they want the broken one back so I have now been waiting a month to be emailed a returns label.

5 phone calls and their excuse is Brexit? How does Brexit stop you sending an email??

So i will be complaining on every platform I can till this is sorted out. This is utterly ridiculous. Do not buy from this company.

Terrible, bought expensive mixer sent many emails used contact form, even paid to send mixer to office in Germany. I received no response to any contact I sent and useless mixer was returned to me in post. I get the impression that company is OK if everything goes well and terrible if not. If you want any warranty, aftercare etc AVOID AVOID AVOID!

I bought Klarstein VaporChef 24 from hifi tower.
Oven don't working properly. I trying to contact hifi tower lots of time.
They have never answered me .

" I love the product and have used it several times, I am very satisfied. I did not open the box for a long time after the product arrived. I haven't had a chance to use it. I liked it a lot when I used it. but it's not working right now. I think there is a switch that makes it work when the oven door is closed, it was broken when it arrived. I was pushing it with my finger. but it's not working right now. I have not given up on my oven. It would be great for me if it was repaired and returned to me. Also, there was no chicken turner that had to come out of the box. If it's on sale, I'd like to buy a tray too.

Please avoid this company, I ordered a stereo, and when it arrived, three stands were missing, remote control, and the instructions, they gave me a little discount, but not enough to cover the cost of the things that were missing, and they wouldn't send me the things that were missing, avoid

Brought some floor standing speakers from these guys, arrived with 1 speaker scratched to pieces at the bottom, thankfully this one was going up a corner where the scratches wouldnt be seen, that was until I plugged them in only to find that out of the 4 drivers in each speaker only one of them was working in one of the speakers, I was wondering why it sounded crap, requested a return and never got anything back from them, I emailed tech support and again never heard anything back, ended up throwing them away, £80 lost to junk, BUY FROM THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK, THEIR PRODUCTS ARE JUNK, JUST READ ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS.

I bought a vinyl record Belle Epoque 1908 Retro Stereo System. Everything works great except the vinyl record.As I wrote, vinyl does not work,They were able to make a list and offer a discount - to sort it out yourself, they will make the part beautiful for it.Or start the beautification procedure.I said that it's not worth it for me to manage and we're doing beautification. It disappeared like in the water. Neither gmail nor phone I still can't get in touch by phone.Really nothing good from them.I advise you to take care of them

They delivered on old version of
the vibration plate with no display and poor performance. The form for returns doesn't work and they don't answer any email. Organised scam.

Customer support here is non existent. Phone number doesn't work, Chat never connects to someone and the on site help email never sends so you can never get in touch with someone.

Purchased electrical item through their eBay store in 2022.
Item developed a fault, HiFi-Tower agreed to take it back for inspection in early March.
Offered me a refund relatively quickly but it didn’t materialise even though they assured me more than once that it had been processed.
During one of my communications eBay customer service advised that due to time elapsed any refund would have to be direct to my current account (not via them or PayPal which was the original payment method).
It was me that then advised HiFi-Tower staff of this fact and as a result they requested my bank details which were provided early May 2023.
No refund or reply received.
Chased the refund about 4 weeks later and was full on ‘ghosted’ again.
Further communication sent this week though it appears I’m unlikely to receive a reply never mind my refund.
eBay customer service are not the slightest bit interested and continue to allow the seller to utilise their platform, seemingly in full knowledge of HiFi-Towers modus operandi.
Shop elsewhere folks, it will be cheaper in the long run and hopefully less stressful.

FRAUD DO NOT BUY - not a UK company, if they did ship goods you would have to pay import duty, they have not sent my order - am now trying to get my money back

User friendly and easy to navigate. Great choice of products and affordable prices.

I bought a pair of speakers from them in November last year. Big mistake. They came cracked, damaged and two pin plug. The website is from the UK but ship from over seas I could not send them back or get a refund. Online return dont work, customer service are useless, don't respond and no help to sort the issues out. Stay far away this company.

This company are complete scammers. They are shipping everyone faulty items and when I try to contact them every email and phone number is blocked. I eventually got through to them and they are making up a story that they have a problem with their return labels so you cannot return the faulty item. They are happy stealing your money!!! Do Not Buy from them !!
