Ordered a mirror and when it arrived it was smashed to pieces. After five attempts to contact them I realised that they were never going to respond. If you are thinking of buying from them please dont!

I bought a pair of speakers from them in January. Big mistake. They came cracked and they sounded dreadful. I decided to return them, and sent them back. Long story short we are now in May and I have no refund. Customer service keeps telling me the refund is being processed but it’s all just lies. Stay far away.

Please beware of using this company.

Try ringing their customer support or sales line and you will never receive an answer. Try this before you order. And if you order using a secure method such as PayPal. They do not return emails.

They do send items but they are defective - and there is no possibility to process a return.

I shall come back and update my review in a week if there is a change to the situation. If not, please assume that your money is in unsafe hands.

UPDATE July 2023: My conclusion is that this company is a scam. I filed a complaint with PayPal and received a refund. As suggested by other reviewers, this company is a scam that buys off defective old and excess products from retailers and sells them at the cost of a new product. They would never respond to any returns or calls. AVOID!

Stay away from this company. Ordered a watch winder from them and it worked for six months then failed. Returned the item and was told I was getting a replacement. It’s been 45 days since I returned the item they will no longer answer my emails.

Paid several thousand euro for 47 tables ( order 0402678902 )
27 tables promptly arrived. Order showing as delivered on their website so am missing 20 tables. Several emails have been sent with no reply, hours spent on hold where one gets cut off.
Not going to waste any more time trying to get in touch . Going legal and requesting charge back through my credit card company. Gangsters

Unable to place order or make any contact with the Company.
I have been trying to order some items on line with Hifi Tower. The orders are processed and then I receive an email that the order has not gone through. This has happened twice. Both orders had a number of items on them so it is hard to imagine that they are out of stock on all. Are they still in business? I did place an order with them about a year ago and found them very efficient. However, I cannot say the same for this time. I have messaged them, emailed them and rang them. I held for over 40 minutes without an answer.
The emails received from them stated "Unfortunately we could not process your order due to a system error."
Any feedback would be great

We ordered a record player for our little girls 13th birthday, it's a decent little player for the money we paid but one of the speakers never worked and they will not answer any emails to sort the problem. Stay away from this place customer service is by far the worst I have have come across

Terrible. Ordered a infrared panel heater from them. I thought it was coming from the UK but actually came from Berlin. It's damaged. Their website says they can't deal with returns of large items at the moment. Terrible service. Never again. As the old saying goes: buy cheap, buy twice.

Purchased a pair of 400w 3 way speakers running on a 30w a channel amp as stated a year ago. Can safely say you get what you pay for. They gave good reviews but are total crap. So don't trust these ppl.

I bought a 30kg vest, it was delivered in 5 days to UK, which I'm very happy about considering it came from Germany.

Ordered some photo frames, after reading the reviews on here I wasn't holding out hope of them being great, well they're excellent quality, a lot cheaper than anywhere else and arrived super speedy !

Same story as others. CD player arrived but does not work. Sent emails but no response. Tried their online return system and nothing happened. I have never experienced anything like this before. Don't know what to do next...

I ordered two heated blankets (my order number is: 0401898999) they were Christmas presents which never turned up and I ordered them on 14 Dec 2022. I tracked the parcels via the parcel delivery company and it said there was an error and to contact the company. So I contacted the company, I have only received the automated email, then I tried to chase it up and I received another automated email but this time it was from ‘hi-fi tower’. I didn’t really understand why I received a email from ‘hi-fi tower’ when the previous automated emails were just the normal Klarstein email response. Then, a couple of weeks ago, I had an email to say ‘we presume your request has been dealt with’ - which I replied saying it has not been dealt with! Not heard anything since. Their automated emails blame the delay on Covid and a new operating system! Customer service is just a joke. No wonder I can’t find their Twitter account because they won’t bother to reply to their angry customers! If I could rate this company no stars out of five then I would do so.

I don't normally leave reviews but hope people read this before buying from them. This company is in Germany, I thought I was buying from the UK. Purchased a Wall CD Player as a present for Xmas. Power Pack blew up when I plugged it in. Since Xmas to date I am still waiting for a label to return the item. They don't answer emails promptly and still have no solution.

Do not buy here. Bought Auna amp and cd player on line, neither work properly. No way to contact service, impossible to reach any humans! Equipment is sub-standard and basically non functional. Gonna toss mine in the garbage and go to a store next time.

I bought the HR 1100 Weight Lifting Half Rack (in black) from their supposedly Ireland-based website Hifi Tower at a 50% discount rate. The quoted pre-discount price was over 300 euro and I bought it for 160 euro including shipping which I thought was a great price. The payment was pretty painless and the delivery with DPD didn't take long so was pretty happy.

However, upon delivery I found that despite having a .ie domain they are based in Germany and my rack came all the way from Berlin. If I knew that I would not have bought it despite the price. If you are going to fly a bunch of metal across Europe you should inform the buyer about that BEFORE purchase.

When I unpacked the rack, I noticed that all the metal parts had mini chips and scratches (see first picture) and that there was a lot of very tiny metal shavings all over the box. I don't know if these were painted like that or the shavings caused all of these scratches. Anyway, this was the first red flag that this thing was probably made in China and lugged half way across the planet with zero quality control in mind. Disgrace and an indication that this company doesn't care about quality and just want to make a quick profit.

Second red flag came when I started assembling the rack. I noticed that one part had screw holes completely misaligned with another part joining it (see second picture). At that point I was about to give up as this thing was simply impossible to assemble without power tools. Taking it as a personal challenge I had to use some power tools to fix this myself and assemble the rack which took me the whole morning. Once again this is a disgrace. You sold a product that cannot be assembled according to the manual and parts that were provided. One day somebody less experienced using power tools will also attempt assembly and will hurt themselves! I can easily see a lawsuit coming out of this.

To sum up, I'm keeping this rack simply because I have no energy and time left to disassemble, pack it and arrange a return delivery. Most importantly, I'm not comfortable with the idea that if I return this pile of metal it will be flown back to Germany to be scrapped. After all the rack does what it says on the tin but taking into account the state it came in there is no way on earth I would pay over 300 euro for it. I would not even pay the 160 euro I got it for if I knew the quality. Here is the message I want to send to your company. Stop importing garbage from China and selling it at an inflated price for quick profit if you care about the environment, quality and customers! You are destroying this planet for profit! I will never buy anything from you!

No customer support and no warranty support. Bad company to buy from when buying . Think again, you will thank me.
