Item turned up so that's good.
But I decided I didn't need it so to return under distance selling regulations (or whatever its called now).
Turns out the company is in Germany and this item is BIG.
So a .co.uk website and GBP currency, very misleading. Will cost £20 or more to send the damn thing back.
Very rare for me to buy from a website without remembering to check for reviews first, oops.

this company is tragic they sent a dj speaker for 250 euros, while unpacking the equipment began to fall apart, no response to email for four days, silence, I do not buy from these liars

We placed an order for a stero, which did arrive on time, however the item is faulty, we have followed the online instructions but nothing has happened. We emailed, and received an automated response that stated "We are currently experiencing some delays in response to e-mails due to having moved to a new operating system. We are responding to e-mails within 5 working days and our phone response times may be delayed "
the 5 days have long passed and we have no update. I wish I read the reviews before purchasing........ a bad experience

Have been trying to contact company as product I brought is faulty but cannot get in touch at all! Definitely wouldn't recommend this site.

I have ordered three items and have been thrilled with all these items. Quality is excellent and delivery is very efficient. Would highly recommend.

No email replies to an item not delivered . Unfortunately this is only my second time ordering through a German company and the second time either no delivery or incorrect parts .The site looks like it’s a uk site but the order is shipped though a german company .
No replies and sadly no present for my son at Christmas .

This company is not legitimate. They give out dodgy products, and then don’t allow any return. They say they will. But the glitch their sites, so you can’t achieve anything. Avoid. It’s not worth the hassle.

I ordered twice from the Irish hifi tower, but they're exactly the same as UK one.
The Items came and all, but coffee machine didn't even have year and it was broken, I contacted customer service (only via email as no other option available there) and they completely ignored me.
I would not recommend this web page at all, and it is really shocking to me cause it looks like this is a German company and brands and Germany are always so well known for their precision in everything but unfortunately not here.
If you can avoid them, find some other places like Amazon which is always so good with refunds and all.

Minus stars option would be helpful here. Ordered an extractor beginning of September 22. Never received. Countless calls and emails later, I received my refund beginning of December 22.

Unless you are trying to punish yourself, avoid like the plague.

Same as most people, ordered air fryer, said delivered still has not arrived, im 4 months trying to get get a refund/replacement, rang, sent 6 emails, two were responded to still waiting for a response to the last, they will take your money in a second but will take no-one knows how long to get it back. I blame the wife because i cant complain to these scammers because they wont answer

ORDERED A KARAOKE MACHINE AND PAID £120 ONE MONTH AGO. DELIVERY STATED 4 DAYS, STILL NOT HERE. TRIED EMAILING THE COMPANY BUT KEPT COMING UP WITH AN EMAIL ERROR AND WOULDN’T ALLOW ME TO SEND IT. PHONE NUMBER UNOBTAINABLE. PHONED THE COURIER ONLY TO BE TOLD THE ORDER NUMBER DOESN’T EXIST.
STATES IT IS A UK COMPANY “ HI FI TOWER. CO.UK” BUT ONLY WHEN YOU HAVE ORDERED AND PAID DOES IT STATE THE SO CALLED COMPANY IS IN GERMANY AND THE PAYMENT IS RECEIVED BY “CHAL TEC”.
FORTUNATELY I PAID WITH PAYPAL AND THEY PROCESSED A REFUND WITHIN 2 DAYS WHICH IS FANTASTIC. LESSON LEARNED NEVER TRUST ANYONE AND ALWAYS READ THE REVIEWS.

Yep, definitely a scam and you can't return your item. Low quality, awful product. Wish I'd read these reviews before throwing away much needed cash.

Orderd a weights bench a week ago still havnt received it no contact via email or anything for a week

AVOID SCAM BUSINESS I bought an electric fire which was absolutely rubbish tried to return. No reply’s to my emails and their phone number is disconnected

Recieved a fire, logs were broke, flame wasn't movin, and sounds like a few things rattling around inside when fittin on wall. only to be sittin down enjoyin the glow to hear the big bang and sparks comin out the right hand side no real way of contactin for a refund only to a computer. goin to have fork out another 200 today to replace it absolutely disgraceful and everything they sell comes from Germany its not n Irish or UK store so make sure ye read reviews when buyin online I read it few fires recieved were same dangerous carryon and money people pay I'll go to the range where I'll have better come back knew the price was too good to be through as all sellers are charging 250 and more for same fire's 🤬

I would not recommend that shop. The worst online shopping experience i ever had.i have been waiting my parcel about 2 weeks and deliver status is just delayed.

This company wouldn’t even get a 1 star rating if I had a choice.
Ordered a stand mixer online got no confirmation email. Rang up 2 days after to check the status of my order told that they cant do anything and system is having a problem for past 3 months when people order online on a smartphone. Told I would get a call or email from accountant department Monday morning if not ring back afternoon. Got a lot of disgusting attitude from one rude woman, told manager sick and other one taking her break don’t know if she coming back to that department.
Attitude is vile AVOID this scamming company sure it isn’t a valid company at all.
When you ask for someone higher to talk to about your problem they just lie and get aggressive

Only chance to get your money back will be through your bank as all staff are incompetent and vile.

I ordered an air fryer from this company and it was dispatched very quickly. Unfortunately it was stopped at Customs and returned to them. Because I was able to track it I saw what was happening and contacted customer services and got a lovely lady who offered me a full refund, but I said I wanted the air fryer . They quickly dispatched another one and this time it went though Customs and arrived at my home safely. I have now used it every day for the last 10 days , and can say that I am extremely happy with my Air Fryer. I would not hesitate to order from this company again.
