I'm lucky in as much as I live close enough to Hifiheadphones to visit and demo in situ. They've always been accommodating when I pop in. There's a great range of products - to date I've bought 2 x DAPs, 2 pairs of home over-ear headphones, 1 set of wireless Bluetooth earbuds and 1 set of 'travel' headphones.

In every instance I've never felt pressured to buy any particular product, just to go with whichever one I think is the best for me - whilst still receiving great support and recommendations based on what I've said I'm looking for. They're my No.1 'go to' for all things headphones and portable music related.

Spare part for high end Sennheiser headphones was the correct part and easy to fit having watched a clip on YouTube. Replaced a driver for £60 on a £300 set of phones.

Very good company, great customer service, good prices and a good selection of delivery options. 5/5 will be ordering from this vendor again.

I can't express my unhappiness with regards to shipping my product and telling me what the date was when it was shipped. I paid for 48hour signed for last Thursday, I have just been told by Royal Mail that the company didn't even send my item out until Tuesday at the earliest and it won't be delivered until Friday the following week. so a 48 hour signed for has turned into a weeks wait at least as I am out on the day it should be delivered. now when I try to call the company there is no-one to answer the phone. the earphones had better be good now.

Small order : relatively inexpensive pair of headphones for use with a low-end mp3 player ... keenly priced, dispatched & received very quickly; thank you !

Purchased a pair of B&W Px - Soft Gold. for my wife.
product is very very good and looks better than the images you'll see online... the sound is amazing although they are in warm up phase and already I'm enjoying them.

these guys were great to deal with, order picked, packed and on its way very quickly. International Shipping was very well priced and more than competitive.

I am interested in getting a pair of the space grey cups for me now....

I received my item a couple of days after placing my order, but it didn't work.
I contacted hifiheadphones.co.uk via the contact form on their website, explaining what the problem was, but they didn't respond, and several weeks later, they still haven't responded.

I struggled to find the parts I needed for my headphone until I found hifiheadphones.co.uk. They had exactly what I was after and I had searched everywhere on-line. The items were posted very quickly to my home in New Zealand [hooray, someone mails to NZ!!]. They arrived well packaged and in very good time. Their communications were superb. They're now in my "reading List" on my Mac. Thanks guys. Alan

I love the way they describe each product with a lot of specifications, it helped me to make a final decision :) The package came QUICK and in perfect condition, very safe bubble bag though.
The headphones are AMAZING, just what I wanted, good response and easy folding system with incorporated microphone and volume regulation. It was a great experience shopping here, I wish they could have more reviews in YOUTUBE.

Hi, I purchased a pair of headphones from Hifiheadphones.co.uk and they went wrong. I returned them and without any fuss the team replaced them with an upgraded pair. Communications were good throughout and within a week i was listening to my tunes again. Great service & nice people.

Worst experience I had with this company. They did not notify their customers that they would be moving and the item I ordered would be delay by few days due to them moving.
