Great shopping experience overall.

Great store, sends quick with good updates.

I ordered my TV from them on a Monday, 8k 85" Samsung, it said on their website "På lager. Leveringstid 2-5 dager" delivery time 2-5 days.
3 days into my purchase I get a mail saying that they will let me know when it will be delivered, on the my profile on their website it still says being processed. Mail sent asking for tracking info and why it still says being processed 3 days after order is made, no reply until Friday when I had to call the shop in Bergen where the TV should be delivered, after much arguing he agreed to do more than just tell me the TV was on its way and that was all he could see. Finally, Friday at 15:29 I get a mail:
"Hi Brett,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Your order has been successfully registered in our system and has been processed at the warehouse for shipment. I've also contacted our dropshipping partner to see if they can provide a more specific delivery estimate. HiFi Klubben Bergen typically receives deliveries on Mondays and Fridays, though unfortunately, this means it may arrive slightly later than the upcoming weekend. I would estimate that your order should reach HiFi Klubben Bergen by next Friday.

We’ll keep you updated as soon as we have more information.

In the meantime, if you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

That would make it 10 days from order to Delivery, they did not send me any tracking info, no real answers to my questions except for "just chill" you will get it eventually" kinda thing.
This is far from the kind of service I would expect from a rather high end shop, first they lie about the delivery time, then they just keep send vague mails with no real concrete delivery time, disgusting way to treat someone who just forked out 50K NOK for a TV. If there was less than 1 star I would give it!!

Ordered two sets of speakers on Tuesday, delivered on my door on Thursday. Good prices on the best hi-fi brands, outstanding service. The best hi-fi netshop in Norway. Period.

Moving to Norway and getting set up with new TV and stereo these people did a bang up great job and the service was beyond awesome. I would recommend them for anything and they showed up on time and installed it all and left me the remotes and showed me how to use it all. Top service , Top people and Top quality components. Trondheim crew are rock stars. Thank you for an incredible experience.

The initial reviews of the Denon Perl Pro headphones have impressed me, especially their approach to design. Most of the in-ear headphones I've had in the past always had some flaws, with the most annoying being that they would fall out, and constant readjustment would lead to ear discomfort over time. I'm currently only testing them, so it's too early to give a final opinion. However, I've noticed that when removing them from the ear, there's a noticeable resistance, so I think that's a good sign. The Hi-Fi Klubben store also provides excellent service when making online purchases. From the moment of purchase, you always receive information about the status of your product and where the shipment is in the process. It's a top-notch professional approach, much like the equipment they deal with.

Ordering was easy and delivery was quick.

Pretty rotten experience. Ordered a cable on Tuesday and checked the tracking on Friday. It hasn't been collected from the warehouse in Denmark yet. You are quick enough to take the money. Shame the customer care is so pathetic. I will have to wait at least another five days. I won't be using Hi-Fi Klubben again.

Tomorrow it's been two weeks since I bought tv from you. And I still haven't received it.

The best part is that you don't know why so long, because the package was prepared a week ago for shipment and the same information has been available for a week. This is last time you buy anything from you.
