My experience was only good.
I had thought to stop in the Hi-Fi Klubb store in Tønsberg and buy a DAB portable radio, but decided to order it from the nett instead. I had it in less than a week, which was sooner than I would have been able to get to the store. The ordering process was easy. The product is good and, I believe, a good value for the money. The Hi-Fi Klubb catalogue that I had picked up previously in the store is full of information and was very helpful.

Large amounts of information on the website make it easy for customers to make the correct choices...links to further information and help if required are easy to find..A large range of quality products wth excellent purchase service and very competitive prices make Hi-Fi Klubben a very serious and worthy contender in a marketplace crowded with companies selling with more limited knowledge of the items they sell.

Very satisfied with service and knowledge of staff
9 out 10 for service. One point lost to long order time and when goods were received took over 20 minutes for the staff to find it. Still no 'bruks manual' received.
