I placed an order online for a Christmas present for my husband. Somehow the order was overlooked and it wasn’t until a couple of weeks later, that I was informed that the product I wanted was not available. I was offered a substitute product which would cost me $100 more.
I was upset, first that my order was overlooked, second that it was a Christmas present and did not have time to search again for what I wanted, and third, that I would have to pay more.
I voiced these concerns in an email and it was wonderful to have someone take care of everything for me. I was not charged more and the item was shipped out ASAP! Mistakes are made, but it’s how you react to correct things that matters. For that, I give 5 stars! Thank you!🙏

Experience from start to end was perfect. The online order was easy to submit. M. Pagnoux telephoned me to answer my questions about the product. Email communication was good during order submission and when product was shipped. Product was shipped promptly and was double boxed. Excellent experience!
