Needed a Shimano battery charger for an E-bike as the old one packed in.
Highland Bikes had one in stock and is fairly local so I ordered it from them (the alternative was getting one from Germany!).
They sent it next day, great service! Will pop in there shop next time passing through Elgin or Inverness.

Saddle kept sliding down
Despite not buying a bike through them, they went out of their way to help me put my bike back out on the road.

Well prepared and great packaging
The bike was as described and packaged superbly. It arrived in two days which was amazing! What would be a nice touch is if Highland bikes included some detailed instructions for fitting the handlebars. It’s a small matter and I worked it out but with a revo shifter it distorts your view I put a piece of masking tape in the centre measured with a tape from bar ends and did it that way. No manual is provided as is the case with all modern bikes. The bike once the bars were fitted changed gear beautifully and everything worked. I will be changing the seat and stem for a better quality one. Perhaps highland bikes could offer that as an upgrade?

Knowlegable staff with a friendly manner. Sadly I went to another bike shop for help and wasted time energy and money. Highland Bikes knew exactly the inner tube I required and sent it too me. The importance of my bike to me is paramount and I get the feeling that Highland Bikes appreciate that.

Such a great bike shop. I arrived in Inverness to start a multi-day bike tour, but my gears got damaged on the train, leaving me with a repair I couldn’t make myself. The AMAZING mechanical skills as Highland Bikes got me on my way in minutes. Simply brilliant.
