Open and honest and with an exit plan and bonded warehouse storage
Open and honest and, what is rare, a sensible exit plan for the individual who does not want 300 bottles dumped on their doorstep at the end of the time they want to hold the cask. My research indicates that my cask was well-priced too. Everyone I dealt with was lovely to speak to, and nothing but accommodating. The casks are stored in bonded warehouses with insurance.
