I am hugely dissatisfied with the customer service provided by Highworth Insurance, a company I have been a loyal customer of for many years. Regrettably, I can only say that my recent experience has been nothing short of disappointing and frustrating.

Despite my repeated requests over the past six weeks, I have yet to receive any information regarding the renewal cost or coverage for my policy, which expired on 28th December. I have contacted customer services multiple times during this period, but to date, no updates or responses have been provided. This lack of communication has left me without insurance, which is both unacceptable and highly concerning.

The failure to offer any timely information or assistance has caused significant stress, and I find this level of service to be unprofessional and substandard. It is deeply troubling that a company of your stature would allow customers to experience such neglect.

I strongly urge others to reconsider using Highworth Insurance, as the lack of care and support demonstrated here is not something any customer should be subjected to.

Willliam provided absolutely fantastic service. He was extremely polite, friendly and knowledgeable, and was able to answer all questions very quickly and informatively. He was also very responsive and helped to get a policy in place before the weekend even though my initial enquiry was on Friday afternoon. Highly recommended.

Excellent company and brilliant customer service! I have used this company to insure engagement and wedding bands. Every time I have called I have had phenomenal customer service, professional, friendly and efficient. Could not be easier to add on additional items to existing plans - completed in 10 minutes over the phone! Highly recommend for single item insurance.
