Excellent service all round
All staff at Himalaya are really helpful, they listen and help to make decisions they are very polite and are not pushy in anyway.
Carpets are good quality, reasonable prices, expert fitting service, good customer relations.

we have bought carpet from himalaya…nave again
we have bought carpet from himalaya carpet slough, the sales man mr Balraj is good salesman, we have delt with him take old carpet, move the goods if required, fix doors if need to cut or grinding. but fitters un experienced, any thig ask to do, answer is not our job.they left all the mess and nails every where on carpet. one nail went to my wife's foot. they left door un fixed, never go again himalay carpet, also they ask money advance,so we paid it

Dear Mr Sukhdev we apologies for inconvence you had. Upon completion of the fitting we do ask customer to hoover the cut tufts' of the carpet after an hour once the carpet has settled. Our fitter was unable to cut the door at the time as he did not have the required blade for your solid doors. This was done 2 days later, and again we apologise for the inconvence. We trust you are enjoying your new carpet and look forward to your further custom which will personally be over seen.

Poor installation
I was told install team would arrive between 10-1700. they arrived just before 8.30pm and rushed the install and were done within 1hr when I was told by the store install takes between 3-4hrs. the stairs looks really poor and its obvious every stair has been individually cut and pressed down. wish I went to another company.

From the first contact to the final carpet installation, Himalaya Southall extended the best service and support. Gunita in sales cheerfully provided clear and straight forward information to all my queries so that I was well informed at each stage. When she was not in office, another team member happily picked up on it, equally well. Thank you for an installation well done in the quickest of time, optimised coverage and competitive price.

Every one from sails person to manager…
Every one from sales person to manager were kind and helpful, not only that two gentlemen who came to fit the carpet were good and helpful to fit the carpet in no time. Only price was slightly higher the other provider.
I would recommend HIMALAYA CARPET TO ANY ONE LOOKING FOR GOOD SERVICE.

Went to their shop a few months back…
Went to their shop a few months back and found nothing of interest. Then on passing I again visited the shop to find loads of carpets that would suit my bedroom. Had tried Carpet rite and Tapi but found a much better deal here. ordered and within 10 days got the carpet fitted by a team of 3 fitters to my satisfaction. Of course I will use them again to do my stairs and landing. Only negative is they say free underlay. But the free underlay is not worth the offer.
