Again another great service !! Found out my MOT was expired late Friday afternoon spoke with Alex from Aylesbury branch and he got me in on the Saturday had a couple of issues from this and he said we can do this for today and the price of labour was very reasonable. Used Alex and team now for both cars and will continue to use these guys for mine and my partners car never let me down.

The worst ever service area in aylesbury the manager named alex talks back abd wont listen to you. They did my full service mot and tyre replacement. After the service the car alignment and balace suddenly got off. It took 3 days of back and forth to them just to correct the alignment. Then the car starting to leak screen wash and the check engine light starts to go on. 4th day of asking why I got a check engine light, they said it was the sensor and they will charge me almost 400 pounds on top of the 840 pounds they charge me before. I brought it to another service center and it shows that the tubing on my engine was cut and there is a big hole on it. The garage give me a full service and they didnt see the whole on the engine tubing. Also the break fluid has water. Avoid this service center its clearly a scam.

Amazing,can't fault the guys .Helpful , friendly and nothing was a problem. My car went in for an MOT ,45 mins later run to say there's a problem,pop in sorted out a payment plan and they are fixing it straight away ,so I'm not without a car for work . Definitely recommend.five star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Thanks guys .

Avoid garage. Brought my car in for a minor service couple of days ago, whilst I waiting in the reception, I was advise they couldn't do my service as they couldn't get my sump plug out and damaged my sump in the process. I then asked to get quoted for a new sump pan and plug to be given price over £900?! After I challenged it, two techs storm in reception area, I had head tech called Fata? Or Fita I'm not sure and some other short and round or fat tech div or Di in my face try to explain how they damaged my sump plug, but to be honest I couldn't really understand what he saying or telling me. I believe English wasn't their first or second language. but it very clear he didn't know what he was talking about or no clue on the job. They seem to be a very argumentative and unprofessional shouting at me in the reception area. It just looks like a bunch of cow boys work here.
I also spoken to previous customers and I have also been advise they attempt to damaged parts or make them look damaged so they can charge you more or be charged for parts they haven't changed. Be careful and ask to see pic of the part that has damaged and the new part they will be change with. If it wasn't broken or on mot advistory before you visited then it 100% that they definitely broke it. I Will be reporting them to trading standards and DVSA. Avoid at all cost

I would like to share my experience with everyone I would like to start with the customer service Alex at the front Desk was very professional and respectful all the people there was nothing but great people and kept me updated with all the work getting done on my car I recommend them to everyone if I could give 10 stars I would .

Broke down in my car due to a failed clutch. I was recovered to HiQ Aylesbury and called them when they opened. They were able to fit me in almost immediately. Managed to get the clutch, release bearing, flywheel, master cylinder, service and 2 new tyres done within 2 days of it going in. The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly. Would highly recommend and will be using them again.

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!

Can’t fault those guys on anything. I’ve booked my MOT online (found them on a comparison site), received a phone call for time confirmation first thing in the morning. Various timings have been offered (very helpful when juggling multiple things!).
I rocked up with my small old vehicle, time has been given for pick up. At pick up I knew quiet a few things were wrong with my car but everything has been explained to myself very clearly. I have been given a very good price for the repairs that had to be done, which I agreed to and left my car in safe hands for me to pick up the following day.
Chris has done all the repairs in a timely manner, very helpful, knowledgeable and reliable. Feels good to know that my car is now road safe again 😊
Outstanding customer service also provided by Alex at the reception. Nice, approachable and was very helpful to me with setting up a payment plan.

All in all: I am going back to HiQ in Aylesbury. Very good experience and can’t fault them at all!

I have had a great experience at this dealer, I needed an MOT urgently on a Saturday and so the team at HiQ got their MOT tester to drive down from Biscter to test my car and they sorted a damaged tyre/coil spring at the same time. Very impressed and would definitely be coming back.
