We have used HiQ Shrewsbury for around 20 years and have consistently experienced personal, friendly & unfussy customer service, a hard working conscientious skilled team of mechanics, quality service and repair work and value for money.

I brought my car in just to have a look at had major problems lads explained what was wrong and they got on with it straight away.. Lovely lads amazing service would definitely recommend and will definitely be back

Called into Hedge End branch with tyre from my wife’s car which had a tear from something in the road, like all modern cars there is no spare tyre, damage to tyre meant unable to use puncture kit supplied. Was greeted at HiQ by and incredibly surly individual who upon seeing me coming through the door with said wheel promptly done the eyes to heaven expression and stated leave it here and we might get around to looking at it tomorrow, despite my informing him that my wife’s car was stranded in Hedge end due to the damage he just shrugged his shoulders as if to imply, ‘not my problem’.

One of the fitters from the garage was extremely helpful and told me where there was another tyre company nearby, visited said tyre company (Formula One) who could not have been more helpful in complete contrast to HiQ.

I noticed I had a puncture and rang up immediately. They said they would fix it if I brought it down. Drove in and and it was fixed within 20 minutes. Could not have asked for more. Prompt, friendly service at a reasonable price. Will be using them again.

What fantastic service! Cannot thank the Plymouth staff enough for fixing our car at very short notice. Notified of our car problem the evening before we were due to catch a ferry to Spain the next day. They squeezed us in early the next morning to order the faulty part required and replace it within the hour. So car fixed and ferry caught! So these guys are very highly recommended and perform a first class service.

Terrible service from HiQ Peterborough. I dropped my car off at 8:30 AM for an MOT and Full Service bundle and heard nothing all day. At 4 PM (30 mins before closing) I had to call them myself, only to be told my car hadn’t been touched yet and wouldn’t be done that day so to come and collect it. I then got called 2 minutes later to say my MOT had been done but had failed and they hadn’t carried out the service.

When I arrived, I was told the service had actually been completed that morning and my car had been left sitting outside all day because the manager had left.

I was given conflicting information, my screenwash was completely empty, and I wasn’t provided with the advertised 53-point service checklist. I have no proof my car even had a service at all.

I was then overcharged by over £30, and despite emailing as instructed to request a refund. All 3 of my emails have been completely ignored.

Extremely poor communication and customer service. I would not recommend this branch.

Great guys. Great work and went above and beyond to get the job done. Highly recommended.

Booked in for 4 wheel alignment. Dropped off and told it would be approx 1 hour. Returned as planned and all completed including a free health check. Shown a before and after report of the alignment and reported that 3 wheels needed adjustment to bring them back to spec. Staff member was very pleasant and explained everything. Very happy with service received.

Car needed a bulb for mot. No charge. Only a small thing but really appreciated.

Impeccable service, ad hoc but dealt with really well. I called with my inquiry at 11:45, engine management light on. Come round for mid-day - which I did. Diagnostics done, glow plug issue diagnosed.
New plugs sorted, fitted and on my way at 13:10 - excellent. Couldn't be happier.

From the first time I took my car to Stratford Upon Avon branch after researching for prices, I was greeted with friendly smiles and honesty. I have now taken my car there 3 times for a service, new tires and MOT and have never been disappointed. Beck and Ryan are great ambassadors for this brand.

Pleasant and courteous staff at the Wellingborough garage. Took the opportunity to explain the tracking readings in full.
