The service at HiQ was exemplary.

They took the time to explain all of the work they had done in detail and were extremely thorough. Not knowing much about cars has left me vulnerable before; here I felt properly taken care of. Compared to a recent experience at Halfords, HiQ Stratford were streets ahead. The price was excellent for the work done, and the air con recharge has been a godsend in this weather. They went above and beyond.

Dropped off car for MOT first thing, ready within 2hrs, perfect service, courteous and helpful staff, all in all an excellent experience all round.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

do not use HIQ - we used them to service our vehicles and we found pictures of the staff taking the vehicle from Birmingham to Luton airport. In the 8 days they had the vehicle, it had driven 400 miles!

We have pictures of the branch manager, assistance manager and MOT person using the vehicle to transport 5 tyres in the back, the manager had his cat in the vehicle crawling around him and the vehicle. He was seen driving to the retail park, going shopping, taking his friends in the car.

We had not authorised ANY of this use and yet no one told us about this. EVEN the management was doing this in the vehicle so they knew all about it without doing anything. THIS company is corrupt and we have notified the police of this. SERIOUSLY be aware of them.

went there 3 times for car servicing, mot, tyre change, wheel alignment. Very professional, friendly, quality service but not costly. I'll go there again for next servicing of my car...

Once again, excellent service. Friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable, with great communication throughout. They kept me informed, explained everything clearly and made the whole process straightforward.
Colin, as always, went above and beyond to help.

Booked appointment for 2 new tyres. Turned up on the day and initially told it would be just over 1 hour. After half hour was then told that they did not have my tyres that I ordered. To top it off they didn’t have any other tyres in stock. Wasted visit and a wasted day off from work.

At last I have found a professional company. Lost count over the years of having tyres fitted and finding that the wheel nuts have been done up with an air gun and not correctly torqued up.
As usual I got the wife's car home and checked the wheel torque settings!!
Bingo, they were all correct. Thank you guys.
Had 4 tyres fitted to my own car last year and these guys had also torqued them up correctly then as well so obviously the norm for them.
For those who don't know,it is very important that wheel nuts be done up correctly to avoid damage to the fixings and potential loss.

Managed to fix my engine light issue after visiting previous garages who's answer was to reset the code or change the wrong parts. Happy with the price paid and can now relax over an issue that has lasted a year! Cheers Mark!

Very tidy job done , staff friendly

We stopped here in an emergency en route from Wales to Scotland for a holiday as our car alerted us that something was off with our car tyre pressure. One of our caps was stuck so we couldn't check ourselves at the garage.
Hayden the Holiday Hero came to our rescue and checked all the tyres and sorted the car out! He even tolerated our nosey dog trying to supervise out of the window. Our holiday is saved!

Originally popped in to have a slow puncture fixed and it was found to be the tyre valve stem that was at fault. Because they couldn't get an exact replacement ( had a pressure sensor on it) they popped a std valve in to get me going - no charge!
Today I went back with the correct valve so the sensor could be put back in the wheel. Thought it was the least I could do, then pay for the service. Again, no charge. It's noice to know customer service still exists and I know where I'll be taking my cars in future.

The service at the time of booking was great and the workmanship was excellent but when it came to us collecting the van the lady on the phone became rude because we were held up with payment from our head office. She made it very clear that the van would only be released after payment is received as i can understand but the way the lady spoke to us wasn't very nice at all.
