Great service start to finish, staff very friendly and helpful, quick service and very honest, they don’t try selling you something you don’t need

New to the area and spent a couple days vetting local garages. This one has good reviews so I took my car in, they showed me the issues with the car rather than just telling me so I knew they were being honest. Friendly, polite quick service. Complimentary bottles of water with the heat was highly appreciated. Thanks guys 🤗.

Extremely impressed with the service I received today at burton on trent HiQ when I booked in my honda jazz for new brake pads. What can I say? Very professional, very polite and friendly. In fact one of the best experiences I have had dealing with a garage. I cannot recommend them enough. I for one will definitely use these again.

I had an emergency issue with my car, I phoned them at 4pm on Thursday evening, by 5.30pm on the same evening they sorted my car. No fuss, excellent customer service and great price. Cannot thankyou enough.

When i visited HiQ, they were amazing, treated me with respect, and i really appreciate this. When dealing with my vehicle, they had no problem to show me the issues they found, and gave reasoning, even if that’s not what i went in for. As a young woman, i really appreciate being explained the problem, before they made the decision to carry out work.

The staff are always eager to please. They are attentive and listen to the customer’s needs. The work standards are excellent and they are transparent with the work carried out. I cannot praise them enough and I highly recommend them.

Easy to book through Find My Garage, was given a specific time via email follow up, arrived and greeted by very friendly staff, good size clean waiting area, work completed in recorded time, very competitive pricing too... would easily consider going back here again in future
