On point. Had my car serviced.

Good reception and the front alignment was done in no time. Now I can comfortably feel by car being steady when I’m on a straight road.

Shawn and the lads are great honest and fast ,don't push you to have more expensive parts, happy to give advice and help if they can highly recommend 👍

The staff at HiQ are very friendly, helpful and professional. They are very fair and I always feel that they provide good value for money and an excellent service.

Simply visited for 2 new tyres after online booking and selecting what I needed. Useful generic information on site selecting needs, local phone number available for further information. Same day booking happened to be available but requested tyres not available, so was called back promptly asking if I could come in a couple of hours later after an expected delivery. Prices reasonably competitive fully inclusive of fitting and disposals. A clean and tidy garage in Dudley run by Paul. Job completed in an hour, wasn't busy at 15:30 on this Tuesday. Appears worthwhile considering here for other services such as mot etc.

I recently took my car in for a service and MOT and had a really positive experience. The team were professional, efficient, and easy to deal with from start to finish.

They did identify a few issues during the inspection, but everything was handled quickly and clearly. I particularly appreciated how they kept me fully informed throughout and took the time to explain the work required. Importantly, they checked with me before carrying out any additional work, so there were no unexpected costs and they even agreed to not charge me for sorting out some of the smaller issues they identified.

Overall, a very trustworthy and well-run garage. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and would happily recommend them to others.

Great service. Car failed MOT but the guys were able to get the parts and sort it the same day. Sean kept me informed throughout regarding the problems as well as providing photos of the issues.
Would definitely recommend.

Needed some work done urgently. Took my car and sorted on the day within a few hours while other local garages could not accommodate. Friendly and excellent customer service too

Lovely staff, very helpful and kept me well updated. Took my car in for an MOT and need a few advisories, the man was very kind to give me some quotes on repairs. Will continue my MOT and any repairs at HIQ all in the future.

Everyone is really lovely and helpful! Had my tyres changed and they did it super quick and they let me work in the waiting room.
Also did some additional checks and gave me some advisories as to what I should plan for which was really appreciated.

The fantastic team from Dudley could not do enough for us, especially when we most needed them!!! Shaun and his great team came out to help diagnose the problems and worked quickly and professionally to get my wife's car back on the road. Many, many thanks, you have customers for life.

Took my car there today for a mot car passed with a couple minor advisories
Spoke to Paul when I collected the car and he explained what I needed to keep my eye on excellent service first time using this garage and will definitely be back in the future

The guys at HiQ were nothing short of brilliant today !
I had a bit of an emergency and they were really busy but absolutely moved heaven and earth to help me.

They are utterly professional , were clear and thorough with explanations and the whole premises and ethos was welcoming and friendly.

I also witnessed them deal with another customer -again they had gone above and beyond for her and saved her lots of money

I came across these guys by luck and necessity - but I’ll be using them again because they are great!

Visited the Dudley centre after a blow out on the previous night. Guys were able to immediately inspect the tyre and order a new tyre for for delivery on the Monday whereas other tyre centres couldn't get one until the Wednesday.

Checked all the other tyres just in case and fitted replacement without issue ... would definately recommend

I suffered a burst tyre on my works van whilst working in Dudley, fortunately I was just around the corner from this garage. The two lads there were just about to have their dinner break but worked through to source and fit a replacement tyre and get me back on the road within half an hour.
They didn’t have to do that and both went out of their way to help me.

They were both polite, respectful and so helpful I couldn’t thank them enough.

I would absolutely recommend this garage to anyone.

Went a few weeks ago for my MOT. Got a free MOT with service which was brilliant value for money. Spoke to Paul who was really informative. Never had another issues, friendly staff, would definitely go there again
