Our campervan broke down on the way home. The RAC responded and diagnosed the fault quickly. The technician recommended using HiQ. He contacted them and they agreed to take a look. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. We had booked to stay the night in a local hotel but they put the van on the ramp right away, agreed with the RAC tech and ordered the part and started work right away. The van was fixed that evening. We decided to stay the night. We headed of the next day. Van drove well all the way home. Very friendly and professional business

I came in for my MOT and was advised it would fail on some bulbs and EML & TPMS lights were on, so they fixed them and got it through the MOT and it only took 10 minutes longer with the repairs. Great service and staff are great every time.
