🚫🚫🚫 Scam🚫 the guy was sitting on reciption was totally unprofessional, not customers friendly . The ammount i paid for my service i didn’t get it, beware of those scam , i will never ever go there.

Taken in for tracking and the staff noticed bolts was not tightened up from a previous garage, They tightened everything up and did my 4 wheel tracking, great communication

We had 2 jobs done at HiQ Erdington, the first was on Monday November 3rd my Wife having an MOT done which was supposed to be done on the Saturday and unknown to us they were closed, we arrived on the Monday morning and they did the MOT later that Morning very efficiently. The next job was on my car I found that my Fan Belt had shredded, I phoned them up Wednesday evening and they booked me in for the following Friday (07/11/25), I dropped my car in at 08:30 am on the Friday and the job was done by 09:30 am very good service, the staff were very helpful, thorough and Friendly and would highly recommend HiQ Erdington for the quick service and knowledge

Brilliant guy went for tracking and he went above and beyond to get me back on the road safely!

Came running late there was no problems it was straight into the bay and straight onto the allighment no faffing involved decent price for a job done properly, it wasnt rushed either knowing closing time is 8 minutes away

Great experience today at Hiq I was greeted this morning by one of the most happiest member of staff was delightful and made my day, for years I have used this company for my m.o.t and service and found all members of staff very polite,professional and hard working.

I recently visited HiQ and was genuinely impressed by the level of service I received. From the moment I arrived, Almo the staff were friendly, professional, and clearly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the issues with my vehicle in plain terms, offered honest advice without any pressure, and even gave me a few cost-saving tips.

The work was completed on time and to a high standard, and I appreciated the transparency throughout — no hidden fees or unnecessary upselling. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and I was kept updated throughout the process.

It’s rare to find a garage that combines technical expertise with genuine customer care, but Almo and his team absolutely delivers. I’ll definitely be returning for future services and would recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy automotive support.

Bought four tyres for my golf from Richard the manager excellent service and super price would fully recommend HIQ Erdington.

Tyre prices where good however ordered 2 tyres via website and booked a slot to have them fitted. On arrival only one tyre was available and I was only told this after the first tyre was fitted. They had to order another tyre for the next day which meant another journey to have this fitted, which was difficult as had to organise more time off work. On a positive note the staff where very nice.

Fast, reliable easy to use service

Just popped in because I had a very slow puncture and the guys have sorted my tyre out very quickly and efficiently. I wish that everyone would offer a service like this so that you don't have to book up weeks in advance. Great service guys, thank you very much. I will be back for my new tyres.

HiQ were extremely helpful when my car needed urgent attention. They were very warm and welcoming and went the extra mile to sort out the issue. I would highly recommend this business.

I'd just like to thank Chris, Rob and the team for going the extra mile to sort out a recent problem I had with my vans abs system. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they did a sterling job in making sure they got to the root of the problem as well as keeping me informed. They sorted the mechanical issues no problem but then identified a wiring loom issue as well. It's a shame they don't do electrics too! At least that issue has been identified so I can get sorted elsewhere. Thoroughly recommend these guys (Erdington branch)

Couldn't of asked for a better service.
Tyre wasn't in stock so the manager sent someone to go pick one up, so I didn't have to wait ages. The price was very good.

i popped in today with a issue with my vehicle was greeted by Chris the manager who was very professional and got 1 of his technician to road test and inspect the noise, after diagnosis they identify the issue and told me they could repair the vehicle today and the cost of repair was a lot cheaper than i expected and agreed for it to be carried out, while i was waiting he made me coffee and offered me a donut. overall the staff was exceptional thank you guys

i have now found my new garage and will be using hiq in the future

Went to HiQ Erdington today for new tyres MOT and service and cannot fault the service that I received from the manager Chris. He really was exceptional
