Arrived at Erdington at 5.20pm with a flat tyre to find barrier down and shutters closed. Very disappointing. Been using the garage for a couple of years now and have never been let down before. Manager even stayed previously after hours to complete a job and has waited for me up until 6 o'clock for me to collect my car due to work commitments.
