Tesla MY Wheel Alignment
I think my Tesla Model Y wheel alignment check may have been the first one done by this branch. However they were willing to learn by looking up the right settings and checking the Tesla service manual etc. Communication before and during the appointment was good and there was no issue resolving a small issue with the steering wheel centre alignment after the initial wheel alignment had been completed. The branch is also very organised, much better than many competitors in the local area and the price for the work was also reasonable.

My experience at HiO
HiQ had an online booking system that was easy to use, they called me to confirm the time I wanted to arrive, they carried out the work promptly at the stated time and at the price that they quoted. All very efficient.

Efficient and friendly service.
Visited HiQ in Haywards Heath, for tyre change and wheel alignment. All completed to high standard and at a good price. Gents were efficient and friendly. Will definitely return, and recommend.
