Have used hi q ilkeston on and off for years wish we hadn't used alternatives tbf. Debs and the team are fantastic and are always up front about anything that needs doing even explaining in great detail. Debs has gone above and beyond for us regarding a part that was hard to get great garage, great staff 💯 recommend

Car windscreen was cracked while at garage which they denied doing. I had to pay for this damage through insurance excess and was advised by Auto Glass, who replaced windscreen, that they knew how the damage had happened and garage were at fault. Also clips under bonnet left unattached after work done by garage. Manager said she would speak to Auto Glass and call me back on 2 occasion and still not heard back from her. Will not be taking car there again or recommending to anyone!

Booked in to replace a flat tyre, Expecting to spend over £130 on a new tyre they repaired it instead saving me £100. Really friendly and helpful. Won't be going anywhere else from now on.

wow! what can i say! a fantastic service! had a slow puncture, took it to ats who said it cant be repaired and wanted £132 for a new tyre, brought it to HiQ who charged me £23 because they managed to repair it! i will not be going anywhere else, they are honest and wont rip you off! thank you guys!

After realising I needed 2 new front tyres I decided to give HiQ Ilkeston a try. I popped in on the off Vance they would have them in stock, although the don't have the tyres I wanted they happily orderd them in for the next morning. I asked for a call when the tyres arrived and got the call the next morning. As I was going away on holiday I decided to check the tyres on my caravan and unfortunately it turns out I need tyre for that as well. Deborah got straight on to it and orded 2 for me, the service was amazing at this point, nothing was too much. To top this when I took the caravan wheels to get the tyres fitted I had an issue with what I thought was the rear springs, as I was towing the next day Deborah got one of the guys to take a look for me. Luckily the springs were ok however he did indentify a brake fluid leak that needs urgent attention. It was fixed within the hour and I was all set for traveling the next day. I know this is a long review but is was so impressed with the service I think it need putting out there. Great service and a great price!! A massive thank you to Deborah and her team!

I could not thank the team enough for everything they have done for me. They was determined to get my car fixed and they did. It’s nice to have my car ( Kia ) back knowing that it’s been looked at properly and I feel safe driving it. I would not go anywhere else. Thank you HiQ Ilkeston !

Called in on Monday (without an appointment) and asked if there was any chance someone could check that my tyres were safe and didn’t need replacing, within minutes a guy appeared checked all my tyres and even checked the pressure in them as he went round. Absolutely top class customer service, I would highly recommend these guys as you can see nothing is too much trouble

Restored my faith in humanity!
Bought a car which i purchased for my daughter into HiQ Ilkeston for a service and new car check over.
I was called by the lovely Debra to advise that this car should not have been sold in this state and the recent MOT should not have been issued as the car was not roadworthy.
Given great advice about the next steps to take and called the seller to advise of the issues.
If women are ever worried about being conned/overchrged at a garage, definately use ths one.
Absolutely brilliant customer care. I will continue to use this garage for my car and all future cars.

When I arrived I was greeted by Emily with a smile and professionalism which is more than I get at ATS.Shayne who replaced and repaired 2 tyres for me was also very profesional in the way he treated me. The two of them are a credit to you and your company I will have no hesitation in recommending your company to all my family and friends and I will continue to use your for all my needs. I have used HiQ for a number of years now to service my car and do the MOT. It's always been smooth and efficient.

Puncture yesterday morning when I’d a busy day’s work ahead of me. The Ilkeston HiQ saw me promptly, removed a huge fence nail from the tyre, patched it up so I could get through the day, then popped back today to have a new tyre fitted as it had to be ordered in. Fantastic service, especially Emily at the desk who found a slot for me, and Adrian the mechanic who got me back on the road! Thank you!

Amazing customer service at HiQ Tyres& Autocare Ilkeston. We brought our car in as our exhaust was blowing, and with it being so close to Christmas, we were greeted with a cheery smile from Emily and James, who helped us out. They went above and beyond to get us back on the road within an hour. We will be highly recommending this branch to all our friends. Thankyou and Merry Christmas.

I dropped my car off at the Ilkeston branch on the Tuesday afternoon (A new battery was needed), just before they closed for the day. I was advised to make sure that I had a lift to work for Wednesday and Thursday, as they were busy on the Wednesday. From dropping my car off on the Tuesday to collecting it on the Wednesday, I was kept updated by Emily. I would recommend HiQ to anyone.

Since moving into the area a few years ago we've used HiQ for all MOTs and servicing of our cars. Fantastic place with friendly staff. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing service from James, an absolute legend. Had a really bad experience with ATS, managed to limp round with a puncture to HiQ after they were happy to leave me stranded in there car park. James ordered a tyre for next day and lent me a courtesy car so I could get home. Tyre fitted the next morning nice and early, polite phone call from James to say it was ready. Fantastic service.

I cannot thank HiQ ilkeston enough. 5 star service when I had a problem with my tyres they fit me in within the hour. Gave me excellent advice and replaced two tyres there and then . . Thank you to Logan and to Debbie, your kindness and understanding were so needed and appreciated. What a great company
