Dealt with Kyle & Dan - after an online tyre service messed up ordering my tyres, they’d ordered me in better tyres for more or less the same price & fitted me in the next day. Most grateful for everything they did.

Prompt service, pleasant warm seating area with coffee provided. Updated me as the work progressed.

Superb experience at HiQ Neath today whilst having a full set of boots fitted to my VW Touareg. My vehicle was seen to on time and an hour or so later it was handed back to me by an overwhelmingly enthusiastic technician called Kyle. He left me in no doubt that my vehicle had been very well looked after, thanks very much

Friendly and helpful service with a good selection of tyres to choose from. Prices are competitive and the fitting times are convenient. I left my car and was contacted as soon as my car was ready to collect. Extremely pleased with the professional service by Kyle, would recommend.

Kyle Clutterbuck made my experience exceptional, he went out of his way to resolve the issue with my car.
He is obviously a skilled technician but also has excellent communication skills which made my visit to the Neath branch a 1st class experience.
I can only conclude by saying if you run an employee reward scheme nobody could be more deserving of it.

Purchased 1× Falken tyre for rear right driver side on my Audi A3 TFSI S-Line. Kyle offered amazing customer service and was very welcoming and chatty. It actually only took roughly 15 mins for the job to be carried out which is incredible. I have used The HiQ centre at Neath for previous cars in the past and wouldn't hesitate in going there again for future tyre fitments

I had to replace two rear tyres on my car and attended the HiQ autocare centre in Neath. Kyle was on hand to help out with lots of advice, he sorted out a few problems and was very patient. He showed a lot of knowledge about tyre choice and outlined all options. Nice to see a young man providing fantastic customer service and delivered with a smile.

Exceptional. I needed advice to make my tyre choice. Kyle and Dan took time to advise me, and I am delighted with the tyres we chose. In addition, I really enjoyed their company. I had a long wait, as they were rather busy, and not once did I feel abandoned or unimportant. I will definitely be back.
