Dan and Kyle were brilliant and I cannot recommend the service for tyre fitting any higher than 11 out of 10..outstanding service and a pleasure to deal with

Booked a tyre replacement slot online but was phoned to say it was unavailable. I was offered an earlier slot (which suited me fine!) and I attended at the specified time.

I was greeted by Kyle who was friendly, cheerful and thoroughly professional. The work was done in a timely manner and I was very pleased with the price.

Overall, an excellent experience made better by the excellent work of Kyle.

Having been to other garages, I was expecting the fitting to take a while as the alloy wheel type is a pain to get the tyres seated to seal when inflating. Kyle at the neath branch knew exactly what I was on about, mentioning they were the same as focus St wheels and with that comment, I just knew he knew exactly what to do. The service was great, the tyres were fitted professionally, no greasy mit marks left all over my wheels and the lube was cleaned off the tyre for a great finish. Kyle checked the wheel bolts several times and was a gent to deal with. I will definitely be back next time for my tyres.

Had to get my locking wheel nuts removed and replaced with standard nuts.
I was served by Kyle and Dan who were fantastic. Super helpful, friendly and clear with the whole process.
Would definitely recommend and would use the service again.

HiQ,Northampton Road,Wellingborough are simply amazing.. especially NATHAN !!!! ... He was totally & utterly ULTRA HELPFULL !!... I really cant thank him enough!.. he fixed a slow puncture I had on a rear tyre on my silver Jaguar XF yesterday (17.05.2022) & his help,advice & thoughtfulness goes beyond all barriers I have experienced in the past,over decades!!.. when it comes to car repairs/service & advice if there was an Oscar available for customer car care service HE MOST DEFINATELY DESERVES IT !!!!... As a result I will now be spreading the good word to everyone I know (which is many people!) to visit HiQ,Wellingborough for any tyres/exhaust/mot etc whenever required.. Thanks again Nathan your an absolute star & legend mate !!!

The guys in HiQ in CEM Days Neath Abbey are always extremely helpful and polite. Took my car for a service and MoT and it came out cleaner than it went in. Always feel very welcome when I go there. Thanks guys :)

Both were really friendly, super in to the car and motorbike and really took the time to chat and be friendly whilst also getting on with the job really quickly.

Shopping around for specific tyres for my St Focus, these offered the best price in my area. Fitting was delayed by 1 day due to technical issues with theyre telephone system. Dan & Kyle was pleasant, friendly and helpfull. No issues with the fitting what so ever, confident in leaving my pride & joy in theyre safe hands for a timing belt replacement soon.

Recently bought four tyres at HiQ Tyres & Autocare Neath.
Kyle and Dan provided excellent service, dealing with me in a professional manner.
I will add that these - Pirelli tyres were the cheapest anywhere, even beating Blackcircles.
These guys are not run of the mill tyres depots, they take care of your car, and actually use a torque wrench on your wheel nuts- never witnessed that before!

Helped by Kyle and Dan today for two new tyres - fantastically friendly and efficient service. Best price online in Neath. Highly recommend.

Second time I've used HiQ Neath (for tyres), happy to say that on both occassions the service has been exemplary. Quality of work and customer service top drawer. Special mention to Kyle and Dan.

Had my tyres changed this week and the service was exceptional. Kyle could not have been more helpful. Dan changed the tyres at super speed. We always use the same garage and the service is always the same. We wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I took my car into the Neath Abbey branch for advice after damaging my wheel. I was given alternatives that meant I could choose what would suit me when ordering new tyres. The service given by Kyle and Dan was what I describe as”Old fashioned Service” I felt they were friendly and eager to do a good job.

From start to finish, this was old style customer service at its best. As well as the most value with tyres and servicing, I was treated as a person, and with politeness and courtesy not found in many places.
Both Kyle, who kept in contact throughout ordering and completion, and Daniel, who fitted my tyre, are a pleasure to deal with. Days should be proud to have these guys working for them.

Excellent over and above service from Kyle and Daniel at the Neath branch, very trustworthy and honest.I wish I could have given more than 5 stars
