Fantastic customer service.
I phoned up Dan today in a pickle after a pick up company forgot to give me back my locking wheelnut key after a puncture and I needed to replace my tyre and arrange for a new set of locking nuts at short notice. No problem call in at 2pm and we will sort it out for you Dan said. The customer service i received was outstanding from both Dan and Kyle and they are a absolute credit to your company. I was driving away in 40 minutes a very happy customer.

In the Mire
This morning I was what is known in the trade as in the doggy doo doo. I spoke to a chappy called Kyle who with Dan came to my rescue and dug me out of the doo doo. Both excellent in what they done for me went above and beyond and saved my proverbial life. Would deffo recommend and will deffo use again once again cheers 🍻 Kyle and Dan.

FANTASTIC AUTO CENTRE
I had 4 x tyres fitted today on a Transit Custom excellent service, very friendly and efficient staff. Huge respect for your vehicle. No marks on alloy wheels. They pride themselves on not marking the alloy wheels whilst replacing the tyres. I very highly recommend them and I will definitely be going back there when the van and car tyres need replacing. Cheapest price compared to anywhere else

Great service
Really helpful friendly team there. Especially Kyle who helped with an issue that arose from an external company. Tyres were fitted and tracking completed and I was on my way within 40 minutes.

Ordered two new tyres with Blackcircles Tyres and arranged fitting at HiQ in Neath Abbey.
The service I received from Kyle at HiQ was second to none. He was friendly, efficient and whilst maintaining the Covid 2 meter rule made me feel appreciated as a customer. Will definitely use them again.
