The guys at HiQ are welcoming and professional, they work quickly and are reasonably priced.

I found HiQ to be very helpful in getting my car in quick and sorting out the problems with my car.

Took my BMW in earlier this week on a whim to get my tyre puncture repaired & took my car in last minute for an MOT! Good pricing and the customer service is immaculate. Friendly staff who make your visit welcoming. I’ve struggled to find a garage that cares for your vehicles needs and gives good customer service until now. My go to garage from now. Booked online, they didn’t have all my booking. But still said bring it down and fitted quickly without any drama. All done in less than an hour! Great service and the best price for my tyres cheaper by £40 for 2 tyres. Will be back again when I need the next pair of tyres.

Really great garage had a problem with lights on dash board which worried me and popped in on the off chance. They were very busy but managed to sort the problem for me in a couple of hours. Always very friendly and informative nothing seems to much trouble been coming here now for a few years with MOT and wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommended.

Really helpful, friendly and chatty staff, i was definitely in safe hands/wheels. I waited in their comfy waiting room, good WiFi, great coffee and drinks available. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now for tyres!

I have used this garage for a lot of years now , would highly recommend it ,they are polite, helpful and courteous and are very capable technically,I have had a few large jobs done over the years and have been very happy with the work and the costing of jobs.Today I phoned for an MOT test was told 15.00 , when I got there they were waiting on my car ,test was done and on this occasion passed.so I was in there 45 mins at most,I will continue to use this garage.

Scammers with poor communication skills.

Booked in for an MOT and received a call saying my car had failed. Asked why it had failed they replied with “you have a coolant leak and main beam light doesn’t work”
I understand if a main beam doesn’t work it is an instant fail but I didn’t understand the coolant leak. This is the first car I have owned and not 100% sure on everything so asked them to explain. They said I had a major coolant leak which needed repair but to find where the leak was coming from they had to run a diagnostic test of which had an undisclosed cost which they did not make me aware of and in turn ended up costing me an extra £80+ on my overall cost/bill. The way in which they communicated made it sound as if my car would not pass the MOT unless the leak was fixed right away.

I ended up calling my dad because I didn’t know what I was dealing with and asked him to help with the communication with the company because they weren’t giving me straight answers. As I was on the phone to my dad, we both checked the government website where you can check the MOT results come to find out that my car had actually passed the MOT and the coolant leak was an advisory.
The company failed to tell me it was an advisory and led me to believe my car failed due to the coolant leak and tried to get me to pay £450 to fix the leak. Luckily, my dad got in contact with the company before they started any work and got them to hold off and not do any work on the car.

My dad managed to get more information out of the company about the leak they kept saying to him that it was a major leak and the car was not driveable however it was an advisory meaning the car can still run on the road legally yet they were adamant that the Leak needed to be fixed right away.

I collected the car from the MOT without having the advisory fixed. I had an external party look at my car and look at my coolant and the leak was not major It is a minor job which can be fixed for a fraction of the price the company gave me.

I feel they took advantage of me being a young female and tried to get money out of me for repairs that were not needed. Absolutely awful customer service poor communication skills and scammers really disappointed will not be returning. Cannot be trusted.
