They stole my packages
They stole everything from me, my Temu order and my PROTEIN and Creatine, demanded documentation, I sent it and they refused to send my packages

Worse delivery company!!

Worse delivery company!!
I’ve ordered from Temu and the parcel never arrived!First it was showing in delivery but nothing happened for days and then it appeared on the status wrong address!
Sent email to customer service to clarify the address is correct but nothing happened luck days later received the email we dont deliver parcels please contact etc…gave me a link which is not working….
Than days later it appears on the status they tried to deliver but I wasn’t at home which is lie again!
Contact them and tell them to send back the parcel as I had enough now but nothing happened luck one speak English so no luck so far can’t contact with Temu either till they send back the parcel 🤦‍♀️
I wouldn’t order from Temu anymore if they don’t change their delivery company as this is the most useless service I have ever experienced in my life!!
Avoid at any cost!

No problem with delivery

After reading so many negative reviews about Hispa Post, I was very concerned that I wouldn't receive my parcel. In my experience I had no problem with delivery. I never received notification that my parcel was out for delivery once it had cleared customs. But the parcel was delivered 2 days after reaching The Destination Hub. I did receive a phone call from a delivery person who was at the front gate of complex. Delivered no problem by a very nice friendly person.

Avoid them at all costs.

Truly, truly a horrible delivery company—the worst I've ever experienced in Spain. They lost my package for a month, showed up with no notice and marked that they had attempted delivery twice—but two attempts TWO MINUTES apart.

Then when you call customer service the line drops the call after 5 minutes, even if you are the next caller in line. I will ensure that I never have another package sent through this company. The amount of stress trying to get in contact was awful. No email response, days of waiting on the line and getting the call dropped over and over again just to reach an agent who has no power to actually get your package delivered to you.

Inefficient with the worst service

Ordered from Temu. Tracking said out for delivery and next day I needed to leave my home for an hour. Delivery driver phoned me when I was out saying he was at my home so I asked him to leave the parcel at the reception of my building He refused. 2 days later it was tracked as out for delivery again so this time I waited in my home for 5 days!!!! On the fifth day tracking came up as failed to deliver as I was not home. Lies!!! I was home with my phone beside me. This company is inefficient and dishonest. Have contacted Temu and asked for all future deliveries to be with another company. I am still waiting for my package, so we will see.

So many bad reviews for this shockingly poor company.

This company is the reason why Trustpilot should have a negative ratings.
Reading the reviews below I see my issue is not an isolated one therefore I can say my opinion is that thievery abounds within this company.
They stated my item had been delivered when in fact it had not. It was a recorded item and I have asked Histapost to provide me with the siganture that would have been given at time of delivery- like many other people who have left reviews,,, Histapost have not bothered to reply to my points of contact.
Maybe legal action is required against this company?

Appalling company

Appalling company, ordered from Temu and this company said they had delivered my parcel but they hadn’t and then I emailed them and they didn’t respond to my emails! CAN’T BE TRUSTED!!

I had an incredibly frustrating…

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this shipping company today. I called them seven times, each time waiting in the queue for about five minutes. When it finally became my turn to speak with a representative, the call abruptly ended with a message saying no one was available and to call back later. This happened repeatedly.

On the eighth attempt, someone finally answered. Unfortunately, the representative I spoke with was quite unprofessional, responding to my concerns with a dismissive and rude attitude, as if the issue was entirely my fault. I explained that the carrier could have called to confirm my address but chose not to. She assured me she would contact the carrier and provide him with the correct information. However, I received no confirmation that she had followed through on this.

Hours later, I had to call back because knowing how things work in Spain, I had to confirm upon the confirmation. Again, I was met with the same process—long wait times, hang-ups, and eventually, talked to the same disrespectful representative. When I asked for confirmation that she had contacted the carrier, she became defensive and aggressive. She then informed me that the carrier would not be completing the delivery today and would show up at his own convenience.

This experience has been unacceptable from start to finish. The lack of communication, rude customer service, and apparent disregard for customer concerns have left me extremely dissatisfied. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Unfortunately, there aren't any better carriers out there. They are all rude, unprofessional and don't get the job done. When will there be consequences in this country?

Utterly Useless!

Possibly the most useless delivery company anywhere.

Two orders from Temu handed to them to deliver in Gran Canaria.
First delivery dropped at a random house in another village, miles away. Fortunately, the recipient was prepared to drive here and hand it over.
Second? Again, delivered to some random address. No sign of it this time.
Cannot use Temu, even if I wanted to!

An absolute disgrace.

An absolute disgrace.
They claimed to try to deliver my parcel to my business address but claim it was not open. Even though it was open on both of the claimed days.
Avoid them. My parcel is now on its way back to sender as they expected me to travel over 2 hours to collect the parcels that they had been paid to deliver. An absolute scam company

Ordered off Temu several times and…

Ordered off Temu several times and always received my parcels when the were delivered by Correos but never received from Hispapost even though they are saying they have delivered my last two orders. Useless

This company is a real disaster.

As an update: my parcel is still with Hispapost "on delivery" for a month now, and they have informed that they CLOSED THE OFFICE IN COSTA ADEJE. So, I don't know what's happened to my and all packages there... :(

This company is a real disaster.

All the times when parcels have to be delivered by Hispapost, they are late, also, I am receiving the messages that they could not find me at home (I am working from home, but they simply do not come).

Lately my parcel is outside the delivery timeframe, in system shows that it is in Hispapost office for more than 1 week, and there are no updates, no delivery (I live 20 mins from their office). There is even no answer can I pick it up myself and even SHEIN is not helping. It is very unfortunate, because I ordered things for a special occasion. :(

It is much better with Correos.

Be a little smart yourself

They where on my door and I was on the airport.
So I found out the address of Hispapost and visit them, I was a the wrong address, the good address is Calle Masca 114 Vecindario. They have their more than 6.000 packed orders, go ahead. In 5 minutes they give me my packing, in a good state.

Lamentable

Por cierto, Aliexpress se pasa por el forro la solicitud de reembolso alegando "The tracking information shows that the package has arrived at your local post office and waited for your collection. We warmly suggest that you can contact the shipping company Customer Care Center and you will get this package as soon as possible."

They couldn't be worse

This company didn't even try to deliver a small package from Aliexpress. They sent me an message saying that the it doesn't fit in the mailbox and that I have to go pick it up myself. On top of that, pick up hours are from 09:00 to 14:00, Monday to Friday. There's no way I will take a permit at work to waste an hour or two to go get a packet of the value of 4 euros. Aliexpress should stop working with Hispapost. I'm gonna open a complaint with Aliexpress and ask for a refund.
