They didn't even try to deliver, they just sent a message saying they tried twice but nobody's at home. Strange, as somebody is always at home and nobody left a delivery note in the letterbox saying they tried, as do most delivery companies.

I have never received one package, they was paid to deliver. It's a very disgusting service
I have written to Ali Express, asking them why they are still using this company.

They don't answer calls or emails. My package has been stuck in their office for 3 weeks now. It is strange that in Spain such companies are allowed to carry out transportation. They are just thieves and liars!

They are claiming, that they have tried to deliver twice, but they have never tried, have been home all the time. Never tried to contact me by my mobile number. I now have to pick the package up in a pick-up point in a remote place and I don't have a car.

Poor logistic management and false information updated under the order number saying "Delivery attempt unsuccessful. Delivery failed. Not at home" no one ever came to the house nor called. I think they decided that we are not hope sitting infront for the computer while they update this information. I hope this postal service goes out of business and every vendor stops using them.

They are scammers. A delivery company that do not deliver.

They get paid for delivery but do not deliver. They keep your package in their office for 3 to 6 weeks. then they change the delivery status to: package out for delivery. then after 3 days waiting they change the status to: package could not be delivered (recipient not home or could not be contacted). Their “office” is 30 minutes driving for me. They appear very unprofessional. Their entire business model appears to be criminal in nature. Atleast they are the most lazy company I ever experienced. They just receive their money and do nothing for it! this is not my only experience with them. this is about the 10th time this year! They ignore all complaints. please allow me to choose another delivery service!!!

This company is a fraud!!!! I haven't received anything, they rang my doorbell and never came to my door and I havent received nothing

They were supposed to deliver a package to me from Aliexpress. According to them, the package did not fit in the mailbox. They lie. The day they delivered me to the mailbox nobody called me or any neighbor, so they didn't know if the package would fit or not! I will not buy more on Aliexpress

TERRIBLE. THEY lost not one, BUT TWO of my packages and had the audacity to tell me they weren’t responsible for it.

I would of gave them 0 if it was possible, never tried to deliver the packet, just sent a text message that I had to go 10 kms to pick it up, Don´t ever use them or any company that uses them.

Every time a vendor uses that company to deliver a package, follow the same tricky process: they drop a note in the mailbox asking you to go to the main offices to receive the package. People is at home but instead of ping the door, they prefer to write some lines and let the user to do their job. Probably they leave the office only with the notes already prepared
