From all indications, it seems any business regsitered in USA/EUR/AU and receiving payments in USD/AUD/CAD/EUR etc would have issue dealing with you guys. Obviously your services are best suited for the local asian market only. So , that should be mentioned in your ads. I have an account with you guys but since my business is american and receives payments in USD , i'd rather just be patient and wait till i get an actual American or European payment processor that reliable. Don't want my funds to be held and account shut like what you did to other merchants.

I did onboarding and after 1st transaction (700$ CAD approx) it was flagged and sent in review. I sent all the requested docs. They stopped answering my email. I escalated to stripe and they said to contact hitpay which I did trough whatsapp and emails for a few months. They never replied today after having given up i decided to check again. my account doest exist anymore.. THIEVERY at its best

They don't know the laws for starting an Australian business. After going through the ID verification process they then require business registration documents...You do not need to register a business to be a sole trader in Australia. Know the rules! I will stick with Stripe and PayPal.

I recently had a very unsatisfactory experience with Hitpay. Without any prior notice, my account was abruptly closed, and my login details were disabled. This not only inconvenienced me but also left me feeling frustrated and bewildered.
I had $795 in my account which was lost, Nobody is available to answer or refund it to me. There was not even a single complaint on my account and before signing up I read all the T&Cs thoroughly to make sure my business type existed in their eligibility list. They are just cooning in the name of Merchant Services, They are Fraud as they conned my $795.
I strongly caution businesses and individuals against using HitPay for their payment processing needs. Our unfortunate experience highlights a concerning disregard for customer relationships and financial obligations.

1.Hitpay first close payout, then close account, so you can't log in dashboard, and the money from transactions on my website (1.1-1.8) was taken away by Hitpay.
2.I contact compliance department, just reply me "Unfortunately, we are unable to onboard your business. Kindly visit our Acceptable Use Policy and/or Terms of Service for more details"
3.I contact support department, no reply yet
4.Then I search Hitpay in MAS and FIDREC, it doesn't in list, so MAS and FIDREC can't defend your rights

I am reposting this as a follow up reviews that will truly reveals what I have encountered.
Before I started to use hitpay, I have asked them about recurring payment as we are selling SAAS software. They assured and everything is in order until recently when the first recurring occurs, it fails.
I have contacted hitpay and they told me many people are fraud-ing their gateway and that they disabled many of the account (including ours). And to be fair, we have zero complaint from users. Not sure how they assess or they simply hack care.
Mind you, this is not a game of child-play where you simply do what you want without informing customers. Then they went on to want all the business accounts information which has already been shared during their initial verification.
That aside, I felt so silly to save that 1.5% transaction and use their gateway instead of using stripe directly.
This is my experience and all of what I mentioned can be verified with records of communication.
Use at your own discernment.

The payout is not smooth, as they don't tell you and they don't ask you if you are a new business owners, please fill these options, new business owners yes or no, other requirements too, as they are not issuing our payout which we require urgently to make the payment to agents through which we made the payment of the travel tickets. This is worse experience I have ever had, the email reply is very slow to us. We are waiting and anxiety is increasing as the payment is around NZD 2620 dollars, and its a big amount, they took the amount but suspended our account without saying that they required this and this for the account. Suspended our account and kept the money with them with no clarification on this. I have talked to the CEO too on the email but no reply from him yet received. This is ridiculous and spending time chasing this payment. Kindly release our payment as provided everything you wanted which is not required by other payment gateway service providers. I don't know why you are leaving us like this with no reply at all. If any penalty incurred or cancellation done by the Airline, we will straight pass it on to you along with harassment charges. This is really a bad experience for us. Never happened with stripe payment gateway or Poli pay. The process was so simple. Kindly advise what you are doing with our payout? Regards Raviudai Sabrol.
